it was good was long lol but I feel like the 5 hour classs should have a video about driving and all the important things instead of talking about it but other then that it was good the teacher was funny and honest even tho I was alittle shy

I had an excellent experience with New York Auto School. First Stephanie helped me to select the best area where to take the road test. She was very friendly and helpful. She also booked the test for me and scheduled a driving lesson just before the road test. My driving instructor was Joe Griffith. He picked me up at the train station for my lesson. Very convenient. He is a great instructor. He is very patient and gives a lot of helpful explanations. I can highly recommend Joe. And guess what? I passed! No wonder after his lesson.

This was my 2nd road test in a week. The instructor was excellent. We reviewed the issues from my 1st failed test and while he acknowledged my past experience as a driver prepared me for the things I need to do to successfully navigate this test which I passed with a perfect score.

Bruce has been great. Very professional, very positive, very kind and easy to talk to. This last lesson I asked that he help my daughter parallel park and he did a fantastic job. It was the first time sure came home happy about it and proud, saying she can do it finally! Thank you!

I just had a highway lesson with Mario V and it was great. I learned how to merge, change lanes and the basics of moving at high speeds on a highway. After a 1.5 hour lesson, I feel a lot more confident about highway driving after coming in with no highway experience. I passed my road test two months ago with the help of New York Auto School and I knew that I could trust NYAS to teach me highway driving, too. I highly recommend Mario V to anyone taking lessons at NYAS. He always comes on time, and often a few minutes early, he texts students to let them know that he is on his way or if he is running a few minutes late. He is also great with teens and taught me form the ground up on how to drive and got me ready for driving test. He also taught me to drive on highways today. Mario speaks very clearly and gives clear instructions. He is very great with giving constructive criticism. Overall, highly recommend Mario V for all of your lessons.

I found the course and instructor to be very informative and well organized. Considering the length of the class (5 hours, from 5PM-10PM) the pace and open discussion kept my interest and attention throughout. I also learned several tips which I will carry forward into my driving habits. The closing video about teenage drinking is something I will definitely share with family and friends.

Joe was awesome! I was nervous about parallel parking, but Joe coached me through it before my test. He was patient and provided useful instructions until I got it right. Joe also provided tips and suggestions to help me through the rest of the test, and even a few kind works to calm my nerves. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my test and got my license! Thanks Joe! I would highly recommend to others seeking this service.

I had a wonderful experience. Diego (my instructor) is very patient and a great teacher. It’s very convenient for me because the instructors will just pick you up at your house. He’s always on time. I really learned a lot since i’m a very beginner driver.

Today I successfully completed the road test In Yonkers test site. Previous to the test I took a practice driving training. I want to thank instructor Joe Griffith for his instructions. His advice proved to be helpful for me to pass the test on the first attempt. I highly recommend this auto school and this instructor!
