I had a delightful time with New York Auto School. Joe Griffith, my driving instructor for much of the course, was a great driving instructor and prepared me very well for not only the test but driving in general. I passed on my first time, and I'm very thankful to NYAS for all the help they provided.

Mario is a great instructor. As an experienced driver, he gave on-point tips on how to pass the test. He is very nice and attentive. He also made me feel confident and comfortable. I highly recommend him and I got an almost perfect score on my test.

Mario gave me a one-hour lesson before my test, and it was great. It was very much directed to passing the test itself, and I'm sure that it really helped passing the test without any problems. I'd recommend this to anyone taking the test. Thank you, Mario! Graham

My experience with NYS was quick but very good. I completed the 5 hour class with them, then had them organize my test. They were able to get me a cancellation 2 days after the class. The instructor, Mario, met me at the station and although I am an experienced driver from overseas, I had an hour of instruction prior to the test. This was definitely worth doing as Mario ensured all my bad habits were corrected for the test! He was very patient and gave instructions excellently. I passed! Totally worth it.
