I'm happy to give full stars. Online booking experience was simple and straightforward. The venue is conveniently located. The course started sharp on time. But most importantly Richard, the instructor on the course, turned what could have been the most boring experience of my life into a lively and enjoyable session, using a lot of real world examples and humour and focusing everybody's attention on what matters most - one's own safety and interests.

I have an over all pleasant experience. Whatever I did wrong the instructor would acknowledge it and tell me how to improve. He would also give positive feedback and have conversations with me to help me feel more confident and relaxed which helped me drive better.

Instructor (Mario) was great. Very professional.

Grace is a patient, calm instructor who made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. Highly recommend her!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this course, I had no idea what to expect and just hoped to come away having learnt something useful to pass the driving test. I came away with so much more. Mr Chandon's class was a lovely balance of entertaining, serious and highly informative. His points were clear, and cleverly repetitive in a way that you didn't realise it was being drummed in. He deserves a lot of kudos, as running a class for this amount of time while keeping the class attention and being this efficient is very difficult. I enjoyed the way the messages were wrapped up in entertaining and informative background stories, even a bit of poetry. I came away with having learnt a lot more than I thought I would. So I think it was very successful and while mandatory it was well worthwhile. The class times offered are varied and convenient and the scheduling easy and process clearly spelt out.

Today’s lesson with Mario was by far the best my son said. He really had a quality lesson and learned little tips that has boosted his confidence. I wish he had all his lessons with Mario.

Had a great experience with Mario -- he was friendly and supportive, even though I was very anxious about driving on the highway! He gave me lots of instruction and tips, and I felt a lot more confident on the road by the end of our lesson. I plan to book more later this month.

Quality of the lesson is very good. The Instructor, Damir is ptofessional . I found the lesson important. I recommend the lesson not only to those who have learners permit but it is important also for any person who already acquired driving license. I just realized Driving for many years by itself is not enough , such lesson is important. I enjoyed the lesson It is good programme.

Excellent instructor and staff support

New York Auto School has a good online system which make us easy to sign up for the classes. And they have good teachers!

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. My driving instructor had me very prepared for my test.

This is a review of my driving lesson package (6 lessons) with instructor Tom V. Tom is a skilled instructor. From the first lesson, he assessed my level and worked to meet me where I was at. He adjusted the wheel and braked as needed. By the 6th lesson, he was no longer doing either of these. He had guided me so that I felt confident behind the wheel. What's more, is that Tom consistently pointed out signs to explain their meaning, provided relatable stories so that I would remember certain signs or rules of the road. The hour always flew by. During the end of the lesson, he reviewed what I did well and what I needed to improve on, and how I might improve on it with helpful tips. He made learning to drive a very fun, safe, and educational experience. Thank you!

Teacher it was very explicit and knowledge of the course

This Saturday will be my final road lesson of six road lessons with Grace. As of the first lesson Grace, has been patient, kind and made me feel at ease. The majority of students are nervous as they take Road lessons and I am no different. Grace is patient, understanding and has the ability to make the student more relaxed.
