I am very ashamed that I can not recall the name of my instructor but he was fantastic. I had heard that this course is extremely boring and tedious but my instructor made it interesting, engaging, and related real life scenarios to help us understand all the concepts in detail. I feel proud I took this 5 hour course and I am extremely happy that it was him who taught it. thank you

The class was very nice and the instructor clearly explained everything about how to take the Road Test.

I spent 3 years with my permit because I didn’t feel confident or comfortable getting my license but thx to my instructor he made it easier to be prepared.

My son said the driver was very professional and a nice guy. He said the lesson was informative and fun.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with NY Auto School. The contact person who set up the appointment was knowledgeable and polite. Shanema ,the instructor is patient, intelligent genuine and a joy. I will recommend NY Auto School, to friends .

Really fantastic experience: Richard was a great teacher - he made it interesting. Wendy was amazing in arranging for the road test in very quick time, getting around the DMV red tape.. And David was excellent in the pre-test stage, carefully going through what they'd be looking for and perfecting my response . Really super group of people! Thanks so much, guys!

Lindsey had a great first two lessons with Helen. Lindsey felt at ease with Helen. Helen is patient and a very good instructor.

I wanted to say thank you and commend at the same time Diego who was my instructor. He was vey helpful, detailed oriented and he has an outstanding customer service. He answered all my questions and gave a lot of tips to pass the road test. I also would like to thank NY Auto School for an outstanding service they provided from day 1 until the road test. All of the employees were very helpful and has a lot of patience to answer all questions. I highly recommend this driving school.

My experience with new York auto school was very good my instructor Joe for the first time showed me some techniques I have never done before and it helps me to pass hes a very good instructor he take his time to show me the correct way of mastering my road test,thanks again Joe I'm very happy I choose this school,and will recommend to my friends.

The New York Auto School not only prepares people to pass the driving test but truly teaches them the ways in the road and instills confidence in their driving ability. Their training helped me become such a good driver that I passed on the first try. My driving instructor was always on time and willing to work around my schedule. Most importantly I felt comfortable with my driving instructor. I wholeheartedly recommend this driving school.

The location was incredibly convenient and the class started ontime and even finished an hour early. The instructor incorporated a lot of personal experiences and stories that were applicable, even humorous or scary at times, and it certainly made the class a little more interesting. He wasted no time with the "fluff" - he told us what we needed to know and was ready to answer any and all questions. I used this same school and location two years ago for the same class but had to retake because my certificate expired and even the second time around it was *almost* enjoyable.

My experience at this school was outstanding . I was a very nervous late 30’s beginner when I started . Now I have my license and feel very comfortable on the road. Everyone at this school is great . Aly the receptionist was so helpful with fitting me into the schedule on such short notice . She is so delightful. I had three driving instructors and all three were great. Joe is very calm and focused. He is great for the day of the road test. He eased all my nerves. A true pro. Helen is the best .. I felt like I was learning from a girlfriend. She taught me how to park nice and easily. I enjoyed our lessons. Then I had Robin who was just wonderful. She is supper calm and taught me how to drive at night . With her I also felt like I was driving with someone I’ve known for years. They were all so very encouraging and supportive and it was greatly appreciated ... I would recommend this school to everyone . The entire process was so smooth and very fast.

It was an excellent experience from the time I set up the appointment to the completion of the class. The individual you set up my appointment was informative and accommodating. The instructor was engaging and informative. The class was very well done. My interaction with both individuals was a blessing.
