as usual Kevin did an excellent job, quick, efficient,accurate and tidy.

Hands down the BEST service and technician in SWFL! After Irma, I had a broken refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air conditioner and washing machine! Posetek repaired the appliances that still had life in them and I replaced the rest. The level of the tech's competency displayed on the visits was excellent compared to services I used in the past. The old companies would scratch the head, hem and haw and took hours to diagnosis the problem all while charging me an hourly rate! Posetek is fair with their prices and they really have trained experts that get the job done right. I will use no other company even if I have to wait to get on the schedule, it's worth it in the long run.

Very good experience with Posetek who installed my new Lynx grill. Kevin arrived ahead of time and explained what he needed to do then proceeded take my old grill out and replaced with new one. He was obviously very experienced and did a masterful job. Cleaned everything up and made sure I observed that the grill was working perfectly. Kevin was very polite and a pleasure to work with.

I have a Samsung dishwasher and Posetek was the company which served my warranty.I was really pleased how accomodating they were with my work schedule.They were efficient and competent in repairing my problem.I cannot compare cost or price but i appreciated the work they did.I am considering changing to this company for my A/C provider.Thanks so much!

Kevin came out to my home to assess problems with my washer and also my refrigerator/freezer.He gave me honest advise and ordered parts for my freezer. He returned to fix my freezer . And when he was finished he cleaned up after his work including wiping the floor in the kitchen. Both times he was friendly and polite. But most important he fixed it properly. Which a different company was unable to do. I won't hesitate to use Postetek again. Thank you.

We had refrigerator repair done. Service was prompt. Company and serviceman kept us informed as to when we could expect the serviceman to arrive. He was very professional and explained just what had happened with our refrigerator.

Our Tech's name was Kevin B. He was one of the most pleasant Tech's we have had to our home. Very courteous, helpful and a good since of humor. Most importantly he was very efficient and before he left I had my filtered water up and running as it should be. I would request Kevin B for any other services we may need.

Although it took almost two weeks to fix our refrigerator, The customer service and technician, Kevin, were outstanding. I do not know the cost, since our refrigerator is under warranty. Hopefully, since we needed to replace 6 parts, we will not have to do this again. Debby Prentice

We have use PoseTek for prior warranty work. Kevin has done an excellent job each time fixing the problem on the first call, or quickly thereafter if parts were needed to be ordered. The work is also done correctly, no mess and issues with cleaning, and always very professional.
