The service was timely, the serviceman professional and courteous. My only complaint would be having to pay $85 for labor when it only took him less than 10 minutes to install the part.

Excellent service - easy to get an appointment - even on a Saturday!

The appointment was quickly made to check out the operational problem of our newly purchased dishwasher. The technician was professional and thorough. He ordered the replacement part and called to install it very promptly. He arrived the new part and installed it. He was courteous, worked quickly, cleaned the work area before leaving. I rate him A Plus!

I am satisfied with the professional manner in which the repairs to my lousey LG washer were handled. The agents kept me in the loop as to when the parts were to arrive, and once the parts came in they were out to put my washer back togather,

I was charged for a service call that I was specifically told I would not be charged for. I paid via check, then called HHGregg and told them of my dilemma. After conversations between your companies and LG, the washer brand, I received a phone call from your company saying my check would be returned uncashed - which it was. Thank you for your prompt response to my needs and expectations.
