Our Tech {Junior}was extremely knowledgeable about our Refrigerator/Ice Maker issues and correctly identified the service required and parts which needed ordering. Repair and installation of new parts was timely and efficient. Repairs & Parts all supplied under 5 year warranty program.

I would like to thank our repairman, "Junior." While servicing our washing machine, not only was he very helpful in explaining what repairs were made, but while doing the job, he showed the utmost professionalism and skill. We were very comfortable having him in our home, and we felt completely confident in the job he did. He patiently answered all of our questions even though he had multiple calls to attend to after he left. Junior represents this company very well, and hope this company has more like him.

On the first visit, Kevin,the technician, diagnosed the problem with the fridge & arranged for a return visit with the required replacement parts. The second visit went very smoothly & the problem was solved to our satisfaction. Kevin was friendly, courteous and very efficient. A great service experience.

The gentleman that fixed my refrigerator that I purchased at Lowe's was very polite and curteous. There is no problem with that. The only problem that I had was having to wait to have my refrigerator fixed while the part needed was already shipped. I had to wait an extra day. I understand it wasn't that long, but I feel my refrigerator should have been fixed as fast as Lowe's took my money to buy it. The part needed was there. I had to wait another day and don't know why. Yet there was nothing I could have done about it but just to wait which I don't think I should have. That's my opinion and is in no way reflected on the young gentleman who fixed it.
