Warranty service on LG over the stove microwave, technichian Kevin did diagnosis and returned a week later with the parts to repair.

Service Techs Junior and Kevin were excellent in all aspects. Friendly, courteous and did an outstanding repair of a tough problem. Overall quality of setvice is an A++

very good - JR was an excellent rep - turns out it was my fault dishwasher made noise--I put husbands coffee mug in it and a pc of rubber got into something making a noise. Stupid me!!!!

Although it took a while to get an appointment, once the repair technician arrived, the service was great. He was prompt, efficient, explained the problem, and returned the next day to install the needed part.

As far as the warranty work for the repair of my Frigidaire refrigerator, the response was fast. The person who came and checked the icemaker (forgot his name) originally also returned and installed the new one. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions.

They were very helpful. My stove had to be repaired due to a recall. They coordinated with Electrolux to have the parts sent to me and both times that they had to come out, they were prompt courteous and very professional. Kevin was the tech and he was very knowledgeable, outstanding and friendly. Thank you

I was very pleased with the quality of the service. Not only did the serviceman quickly diagnose the problem, he also provided the answers to other questions about the refrigerator. This was also the case when he came back to put in the replacement part. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our Bosch dishwasher was acting up. Postek came out and diagnosed the problem but had to order parts. When they came in, the same tech came out and put them in. Additionally, the office staff was very helpful and kept me in the loop as to what was happening. We appreciated the service given. Thank you
