Punctual, efficient, competent, personable. This company gets 5 star rating from every aspect, they made a tough situation with my Samsung fridge a bit easier to deal with. had the exact same problem with this fridge less than a year ago and had a different company sent out here to fix it ... it was such a different experience. Because of the was that they diagnosed this problem I know I will never see this happen again... He found three error codes, ordered three new parts for the fridge took no time at all to do the work (maybe 45 minutes) All in All very good experience with this company ... :-)

Andy ID`d the problem; double- checked with the mftr and did some research. The last tech missed it completely. He ordered the correct parts, installed them and the machine is now in excellent working order.

Junior, your rep, called to give us estimated time of arrival twice and he showed up within 5 minutes of estimate. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem with our dishwasher. Unfortunately motor leaking and we decided to buy new rather than repair. Very professional service experience.

My nine month old LG top-loader washer failed for the second time. I told LG that I would prefer not to use the same service company they sent out for the first repair 6 months ago.....the one with the attitude. Fortunately for me, Posetek Services was immediately available. The problem was diagnosed promptly, the parts arrived without delay and the repairs made on the date promised. Thank you Victoria, Andrew and Junior, and especially Joe Pose who knows how to run a business. Posetek's number is now stored in my phone directory. No question who I'll call the next time I need A/C or appliance repairs.

We had used Posetek prior in 7/11, recommended by Frigidaire when a fan motor went out on our refrigerator due to an electrical storm. Joe put in a new fan, but it failed in two days, freezing/spoiling the food again. As a good-will gesture-he gave us a free service call anytime. Well, I used it when my Maytag washer started making noise on spin, and smelled like something burning. Junior came for the service, checked out our machine, diagnosed the problem, and had the office order parts. I hoped the parts would get here for my next wash cycle, & they got here SOONER THAN PLANNED! Junior returned, fixed & rechecked-making sure the spin cycle worked perfectly, and made us feel comfortable while he worked here in our home (we even joked a bit both being ex-New Yorkers!). Two experiences that were done with professionalism & knowledge of product-if they were unsure, they called the factory rep. Would call back in a heartbeat!
