I went to the center in pain because of a thoat infection. Everyone was polite and helpful. The medical doctor was very though and easy to talk to.the amount of waiting time could not be beat. I would attend this out patient emergency center again.

The staff is always cordial and professional. I have been using this Urgent Care center for a couple of years. Masuda is very kind and friendly. She tells you what she is going to do for you prior to doing so. Overall, each member of the staff tells you what is going to be done next, what medications are being prescribed and when to return to care. I will continue to utilize this urgent care center and will encourage others to do so.

I was surprised every time i went there i didn't have to spend a long time like i thought. The place is clean, the Staffs are friendly, patient, attentive and quick service. I made an appointment by phone and it went well, the staff is friendly and suggested me for a better service and a usefull information.

This was my first time visiting StatCare. Service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Facility is also very clean and modern. Check-in was a breeze and all the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Masuda, one of the medical assistants, made my experience even better. She was very charismatic and did an amazing job with my blood draw, didn't feel a thing!! The provider and what seemed to be a medical scribe, were very courteous and attentive. And best of all, there was barely any waiting time. Overall, this was an amazing experience. And comparing it to other urgent cares that I've been to (CityMD and ModernMD), StatCare is definitely the best, and the fact that they provide a larger variety of services than any other urgent care, makes it a one stop place. Moving forward I will be coming to statcare.

There was a relatively short wait and everyone was nice. The most important thing is that they gave me advice that helped me get better. I went to a different urgent care a few days before and didn't have as good an experience.

From the moment I walked in the staff was courteous professional. The wait time wasn't long at all no more than 15 minutes the nurses doctors medical assistance was all very professional. Dr. Sam took great care of me the nurse practitioner i n training was very informative he went over my labs patiently with me he answered all the questions that I ask. All in all is I could give Stat Care 10 Stars I wood. I would recommend stack care to anyone and everyone.

The staff here is extremely friendly and quite professional. There was no long wait and the Dr. is compassionate and thorough. The clinic is both clean and morern - not to mention easy to get to. A first-rate facility.
