I'm so glad Statcare opened up in Crown Heights. Modern, clean, friendly and fast service. Caring doctors and nurses and check in staff. No insurance issues. Couldn't ask for better!

The quality of care at Statcare Urgent and Walk-In Medical Care on Eastern Parkway that I received was one of the best that I have ever received. I had pain on my left foot with a little bit of swelling. I hobbled myself over there. When you walk in, the person's at the front desk was very helpful. The first thing he told me besides what I came in for was that the Dr. Was going to be late if I don't mind waiting. I said it was fine I don't mind waiting my pain was tolerable. I wrote my name down and proceeded to the kiosk to enter my information as a new patient. To make a long story short, when the Dr. Did eventually arrive after just a fifteen minute wait but during my wait time I was weighed, my blood pressure taken and entered into the system, it turns out that I have tendonitis. I also had complete blood work done, by a very nice and efficient medical assistant by the name of I believe Masjid don't think I spent her name correctly but the nonetheless she was very gentle with taking my blood, I had six vials taken. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, and since they take kids I seriously thinking of bringing my daughter over here. It's beyond convenient, and you can have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Unless of course your bleeding out they are much better than going to an emergency room. Also, it seems that they also do non urgent care as well.

This is probably the best medical care center I've ever been to in my almost 10 years Brooklyn. The facility is SPOTLESS, like I would have no problem eating off the floor in there. Check-in was a breeze with the iPad. Every single staff member I encountered was unvelievably friendly, personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. Being sick sucks, but I really felt like I was being taken care of the entire time. I left feeling very empowered about my health situation and like I had a clear and actionable plan on how to help myself get better. Statcare is a gem! Thank you so much!!

My experience at Statcare has always been exceptional. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, the staff is super attentive, and it's just a 15 minute walk from my apartment in my neighborhood. The doctors who have treated me have great bedside manners, listen well, and offer proactive treatment based on your current condition and history. It is clear that there staff supports each other well as medical students work there as well and are eager to learn and serve. I have pre-existing conditions so having a doctor that is patient and considerate is important to me when deciding the best treatment. I would recommend Statcare to anyone who is seeking immediate help in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

This is about the 4th time I've come here for urgent care and for the most part the experience has been great. I am especially pleased with the medical assistants and the care rendered by the providers. The only issue I have is the sometimes lengthy period waiting in the examination room, but the care outweighs that.

I was pleased by my visit today, the admistrative staff were professional, spoke in moderates allowing privacy for your patients which was not the case last time. My prescription was ready at the pharmacy when I arrived, I did not have to call back to you office to inquire as I did on my last visit. The medical staff are always great, the Doctor today especially so, as he was plesaant and answered all my questions about my health concerns. Today was a good visit.

The doctor was very pleasant and made it a comfortable experience. If only he were in my insurance network I would consider making him my general doctor. His quality of care and bedside manner was better than other doctors I have seen. The wait time was also pretty quick which I was pleased about.
