Great quality care, fast service and knowledgeable physicians.

This urgent care location is excellent. They are conveniently located on eastern parkway and Franklin Avenue which is near multiple train lines. Their business hours are great even on holidays. The receptionist is very friendly and professional. The wait time is decent. The office is very comfortable. The doctors speak to in "simple English" so you know what they are saying without all the medical jargon. And they are very patient with kids.

The staff was very nice and pleasant the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The doctor was very helpful through and quick. I love it here.

I think i found my new clinic. Literally everyone was so accommodating and very friendly. IM terrified of going to doctors. But this place is great!

Perfect location! Clean facilities and very nice doctor that took the time to address my situation. My visit was for the "CDL" medical, but I will be bringing my son being that he's looking for a primary doctor in the area. A great Experience!

Brooklyn attention on the phone and personal was awesome the way they attended me with love and kindness soft spoken was out of the way. Earlier in the day as I stay in hicksville I went there and trust me the feeling the energy was complete negative, my questions in the hicksville office was not even answered completely & thank God I decided to Visit the Brooklyn. I wished I had asked the name of the Lady who attended me. God Bless

Excellent service!!! I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. The staff was very competent and pleasant, the doctor listen well as to what my situation was and was able to help me immediately. I couldn't ask for a better service, I was very happy and pleased. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

I loved my experience here! The wait was minimal, which was nice, but what I appreciated the most was the doctor. He prescribed me medication AND antibiotics for my bronchitis, but told me to try the meds for a few days before taking the antibiotics - as they are for worst case scenario only. THAT is a good doctor! I have told all my friends in the neighborhood that this is a stellar option to see a doctor is needed. Having this place in the neighborhood is a game-changer. Can't thank you enough!

Im glad I didnt have to book an appointment and was able to be seen directly on the spot. I would recommend Statcare's services to whomever may need urgent care because they get the job done.

I really appreciated the care I received. I was able to get in quickly and Dr. Priti was really helpful in addressing my concerns. I appreciated the new prescription for an inhaler as well.

I really appreciated Dr. Priti Jain's treatment of me on Wednesday, February 22, and her expertise in urology was invaluable for my case. I am not sure if it was reported to her that I tried to pick up a prescription at the Rite Aid on Bedford Avenue, which Dr. Jain believed to be a 24-hour pharmacy. It's not, and I had to have the prescription called in again to a pharmacy out of state, because I was on a work trip. I just want to make sure she knows. Thanks very much. Yours, Jacob Greenberg

I needed to use the services of this Medical Care Clinic while abroad on a trip to the States. The service I received was excellent, from the Lady at the reception desk to the Doctor and his assistant. I didn't have to wait long to be seen either.
