My service was great I spoke to the doc and he listens to me and understand me and I also understand him there r some doc don't listen to u jus want u in and out but am thankful I met this new doc I was refer to and it was great meeting him and his staff they r very friendly I will refer anyone to him

StatiCare met all three expectations: Quality of Care Comfort Convenience It starts with the first line of staff a patient encounters (receptionist and nurse aide).

Whenever I walk into statcare- I know that I will be taken care of no matter why or when I arrive. As a returning patient, I walk in knowing that I will receive the best quality of care, comfort, and it is a convenient 15 minute walk from my apartment. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the morning or afternoon during the week, and the doctors are always patient when listening to my needs and medical history. Even when I forget to mention something, they are excellent over the phone and always willing to work with you, instead of you having to fight for your health. Thank you statcare for always being the best.

The staff was very professional. The doctor was very professional and attentive.

I only popped into StatCare because I was nearby and had a sudden abdominal pain that I wanted to get checked out, and I was left genuinely impressed by the quality of service. The check-in process was easy and friendly, I saw a doctor within minutes, they did a full and extremely speedy lab work-up, and I was given a full rundown of what it could be or not be, as well as next steps to take. Very very satisfied by this service. Thank you.

Statcare went above and beyond in terms of accommodating me (being that I was coming from Upstate NY) and managed to squeeze me in on a heavily booked day. Cleanest modern facility, nicest doctors and stuff! Terrific experience overall 5++/5

I had a great experience with Statcare! I'm a first-time client new to the area and I was concerned about finding reliable, professional, and kind healthcare in the neighborhood. I was in late at night on the 12th and I never got the name of the receptionist, but she was so warm and welcoming and after dealing with a lot of poor customer service in New York, it was refreshing. My physicians were all friendly and talkative, cracking jokes with me and my friend who had accompanied me. I felt like I had created a relationship with all three of them, even in the small amount of time I spent with them, and that made the whole experience so pleasant. The only thing I would critique would be the rapid strep test. I was told it was notorious for providing false positives, which ended up being the case with mine. Sam was confident I did have strep, however (he was right), and prescribed me medicine anyway. I wish I wouldn't have had to pay $25.00 for a test that is known for being wrong when my physicians would use their better judgment anyway. Other than that, though, I loved Statcare and I will definitely be returning if need be.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located plus open late hours. I would recommend anytime.

I went in this past Wednesday morning after injuring my back. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone there was great. They were really helpful and honestly just really nice. I, unfortunately, have the luck of getting injured often so it's comforting to know there's a place nearby that i can go to and not feel anxious. Thanks again!

Very courteous, timely and efficient care. I was made comfortable by the friendly atmosphere upon entry. This neighborhood location is more convenient than the nearest hospital emergency room.

It was a very good experience . I was in & out . The medical assistant Masuda was very nice & pleasant ; as well as the receptionist & the doctor & her assistant . Although , it is a little far from my home , it is well worth the trip .
