I had a very smooth, streamlined experience at Statcare - came in on a Saturday for my immigration exam and was taken care of immediately, with two follow-up appointments for the TB reading and final exam with Dr. Jain. Everybody was pleasant and professional, offering great and prompt service. Recommended!

Everything was smooth with my experience at statcare . This was my first time there and I will certainly recommend others . They took care of me very quickly and they were very helpful and expedient . First grade.

I was really not feeling well when I came in for an appointment so I appreciated that I was seen quickly. The full team that saw me was attentive and efficient. Dr. Belz answered all of my questions clearly and explained everything. The front staff was very nice as well.

I was very scared going to the office because I did not know what the diagnosis with be but I had an idea what it was from the symptoms. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The triage nurse was also friendly and professional.The doctor was excellent, he made my fear subside after speaking to me. The prescribed medicine worked and the follow up visit was alsoexcellent. Thanks to the entire staff.

Staff are respectful, listens attentively and explains clearly. The Eastern Parkway office is very convenient to where I live and it is a very welcoming palce.

My experience with stat care is always a good one . From the minute that i come in , im seen immediatly , the doctors there will always tell me everything i need to know and even offer alternative . To what i can take

Excellent, attentive, compassionate, professional doctors & staff. Minimal wait, your wait also depends on the severity of a person's injury/illness, they saw me immediately when they saw my broken wrist - on the other hand we waited some (a very reasonable time) with a minor cold. I cannot say enough about this clinic, it is so welcoming and super clean and the staff is great. The front desk staff as well knows what they are doing, my out of state guests were found to be in network in seconds, no hassles or head aches or back & forth. They obviously only hire smart people. The two doctor who saw me and on a second visit my friend's child, was fantastic, as was the rest of the medical staff. So glad to have them close to where I live - I hope not need their services -- as I pretty much only go to the doctor when I need emergency care, but... it is EXTREMELY REASSURING to know a QUALITY PLACE LIKE STATCARE Urgent Medical Care 341 Eastern Parkway is there!

At e Brooklyn office I was treated by a group of professions from the time I arrived until the time II left. I will definitely recommend their service to those I know and to those who ask. Thank you

Every time I have visited Statcare, I have always been pleasantly received by the people at the desk, the assistants and the doctors. Everyone always seems very knowledgeable and open to discuss any questions. The place is very clean and the staff are very polite. Do not get comfortable in the waiting room thinking you would be there long because they always call you right away. Just be prepared to pay another co-pay when you return for your follow up appointment for results unless you just pick them up at the front desk. Hours are very convenient.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. It was also very fast. The clinic was clean and everyone was very professional. I was told they may get an x ray machine soon so that will be and added bonus. I walked in and got out in 45 minutes. The best medical experience ever.

I walked in and was immediately helped by the nice staff and wonderful doctor there. They immediately knew exactly what my medical issue was and wasted no time making me feel comfortable and relieving my pain symptoms.

I received a thorough exam for my complaint. The doctor and assistants were courteous and kind. The doctor explained everything to me and prescribed the medications that I needed to alleviate my condition. PS. Same condition at my PCP consisted of only looking at my throat. And no throat culture was done. What a difference at urgent care!

StatCare on Eastern Parkway is one of a kind! The doctors are great at giving their patients full attention and care! When I go I feel that I will be taken care of in the best possible way which is important when you are feeling under the weather! If you want top of the notch care, StatCare is the place to go! They even give out goodie bags when you finish your visit! It's the best!

Being new to New York and having that moment where everything starts to feel scary is something I think everyone has experienced. From Dealing with Immigration medical procedures and feeling like your whole livelyhood is in someone else's hands, to fracturing my foot a week ago and feeling scared and alone, Stat Care has been there for me and my husband. Not only are all the Staff been helpful, friendly, warm and amazing, I now have a new sense of security here in New York. The fact that its walk in is so convenient, little waiting time to make you feel like your important and clean and friendly environment is everything when your down and out. We will always come here and anyone who is in any situation no matter how big or small, the Brooklyn offices on Eastern Parkway are amazing. Thanks so so much for everything guys.
