I had delayed cleaning carpets due to Covid-19 When I realized Easter was 2 weeks away & out-of-town guests would be staying at our house, I frantically began contacting companies. Based on internet data/reviews, I wanted chem dry & contacted Btooke’s which services my address in Platte Co. So glad I did! Steven White, owner of Brooke’s Chem Dry, arranged his schedule to meet my request of appointment pre-Easter. Major job—several rooms & staircases. Work exceeded my expectations Steven is process oriented; attention to detail; amazing success removing difficult stains I was pleasantly surprised by charge—much less than I imagines—especially for quality of work. I definitely will use Brooke’s for future cleaning needs.

The serviceman was on time, polite, and did a wonderful job! Unlike other companies we've used in the past, it really did look like a brand new carpet when he was finished. I'm selling my mom's house and was worried that the 20+ year old carpet would break the deal for buyers as there was blood on stairs and floor from falls. It's all gone! We sold the house that day! I will definitely be using Brooks Chem Dry at my home!

We were VERY pleased and amazed at how much better our carpets look after having them cleaned last week. The tech arrived early and took his time, cleaning thoroughly. Pricing is reasonable. !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROOKE'S CHEM DRY KANSAS CITY !! I recently had Brooke's Chem Dry Kansas City clean my wall-to-wall carpets and area rugs -- this for the 2nd time. The first time I only had heavy traffic areas done and was very pleased. This time I had pretty much every nook and cranny cleaned. This included finding, treating and then cleaning multiple areas where my dog had urinated. LET ME TELL YOU an amazing cleaning it was! My carpets had hit that critical stage where I truly thought I might have to replace it all but then I gave that thought a pause and asked myself, Brooke's Chem Dry had done such a beautiful job the first time around, why not find out whether or not my carpets could be saved. And SAVE THEM THEY DID!! When finished I walked through my house in amazement and awe. Like, WOW, for new they did indeed look!! And if that was not in and of itself miraculous enough, the actual price came in approximately 20% less than the original over-the-phone estimate! No extra charge to come to Lawrence. Product used is quick drying and non-soap based so carpets stay cleaner much longer. Courteous. Professional demeanor. Time efficient. No other carpet cleaning company compares!

Prior to using Brooks ChemDry, we used three different carpet cleaning services. We decided to give Brooks ChemDry a shot last year and we were very pleased with the end result. This year the young man, Tim, took time to discuss products to use on our carpets for spot cleaning. He did a great job cleaning and again, took his time to do a thorough job. Quality of work: Excellent! Price/Value: Excellent! Convenience: Excellent! We will be using Brooks ChemDry the next time we have our carpets cleaned!

Brooke's Chem Dry went above and beyond. The lady who answered the phone generously offered options to accomodate our extenuating circumstance. The owner Steve arrived early and did a great job cleaning our carpet at a very reasonable rate. The carpet looks great and dried super fast. I highly recommend Brooke's Chem Dry. Our living room and master bedroom were cleaned. There were several spots someone had spilled something and grime had collected. Three areas where a cat had lost a feeding. The young man pre-treated, scrubbed, and did a remarkable job. I asked no dirty line be left where the carpet meets the wood floors. He did that well. I don't use other carpet cleaning services, "coupon" or not, because they always disappoint. I believe the costs are reasonable considering the quality of work.

I was very pleased with the service. The carpets were cleaned and all stains removed. Although late for the appointment it was because they were taking care of another customer. I would like to know that they would do their best for me so was not upset. The office let me know they would be late and it was not a problem. I was charged the price I had beem quoted. Again a wonderful service.

We had a fantastic experience with Brooke's Chem Dry! I've already shared how pleased I am with several of my friends and want to with you as well. The response from the first email was prompt and helpful and the estimate was right on target with the end price (which was extremely reasonable in light of how much we had done!). The carpets, the area rugs, the carpet squares, and the couch all look and feel brand new. The young man was kind and competent and really did a great job. We will absolutely NOT be waiting so long to clean things again!

Everything was clean and even more colorful. The cleansers got rid of any pet smells without the use of overbearing cleanser smells. We are very impressed with the quality of work and product. (Steve worked very hard to get out a sticky substance in the rug that had been there for years.) It also did not take all day to clean the carpets, which was very convenient. The price may have been a bit high, but worth the peace of mind knowing the carpets are free of pet smell and urine.
