I have been very pleased with Brooke's work. This is at least the second time I've used them. I have two elderly dogs and the oldest one is a rescue who was physically abused and cannot use the doggie doors any more. Brookes has been able to remove all the stains and remove the odor as well. This time they've taken a dining room rug to clean as well so am anxious to see how clean they can get it. I recommend them highly.

I have always used a Chem Dry dealer in whatever city I live in. Brooke's meets the standards I have come to appreciate. The technicians are thorough and careful and work hard to remove those difficult stains. I am completely satisfied with their work. I have come to appreciate the sales they run and have taken advantage of them to keep my costs very reasonable for the value I receive. They have been very convenient, and I can make an appointment in a short period of time, usually 1 week.

Tyler spent great care in getting everything g we wanted done. He called when on the way, and my husband said worked diligently until all was.done. We plan on sing Brooke's in the future and recommend them to others.

THis experience was my first with this company...and I'll never go anywhere else again! Tyler was on-time, polite, enthusiastic, explained everything: we walked through a preliminary assessment together in detail. The results were amazing! I never thought that this carpeting could look good again, and it really does!

The quality of work by ChemDry was excellent. I carpet was very clean and dried quickly. Since my 14 month old granddaughter was here and she crawls I did not have to worr about keeping her up off the carpet while it dried. I would use ChemDry again to clean my carpets.

The Tech, Kenny, worded incredible hard on cleaning the carpets that had been heavily trafficed during a remodel. I was pleased with the effort and result and will contact ChemDry in the future for my job site carpet cleaning.

Most awesome customer experience ever! Tyler thoroughly explained ChemDry's products and what each would do to help aid in thoroughly cleaning the carpeting, in addition to the PURT treatment. I loved watching how the black light picked up on any traces of pet urine, as it reassured me that nothing would be missed. I sincerely appreciated Tyler explaining that it would take 4-5 days for the PURT treatment to thoroughly do its job, and to allow for 4-5 days for the odor to dissipate. Although I had not planned on having a carpet protectant applied, after Tyler explaining to me the benefits, I was sold! Tyler was very geniue and did not at present as the typical salesperson, trying to sell me something that I would not benefit from. He was very knowledge about his line of work, and even gave me ideas on how to wipe away any urine splatters from the lower half of the furniture without damaging it. I would recommend ChemDry services and products to anyone who truly wants a job well done, and not base who they choose to do the job, based on the lowest bid. In 17 years, I have never been this happy with the end result of having my carpeting cleaned. Be wise, call ChemDry! And, ask for the added bonus of having Tyler do the job!

The employee arrived early after calling and getting permission. After confirming the job to be done, he went right to work setting and getting started. Was pleasant and very professional. Would hire this company again.

Kenny was excellent in explaining what he was going to do for us and to assist on getting stains out from our carpet! We unfortunately have moved to a home with all hardwood and laminate but will be recommending your company and especially Kenny to our family and friends.

Absolutely, the ChemDry carpet cleaning system is top of the line. I've tried others, and none are as thorough in cleaning my carpet's high traffic areas and spot stains. Took more than 4 hours to dry completely, but that is a small issue compared to the quality of the cleaning. I had it Scotchgard treated, also, which bumps the price up a tad, but again, I think it's worth it. The tech who did the work was courteous and professional.

What can I say? Stains are gone...carpet looks great...it dried as promised...and they were friendly and helpful to work with. Thank you!

I cannot ask for better service. I run a vacation rental property in Kansas City and Brooke's bails me out every time I have been in a jam. The quality of work is second to none and friendly, progressional service. I would recommend them to anyone! Brent

The technician was very courteous, and knowledgeable and professional. The cleaning process was quick and turned out great. He came earlier than scheduled, and called ahead. I'm pleased with the outcome and would use them again and recommend them.

Justin was the tech who came out to clean the living/dining room and set of stairs. The carpet contained some heavy traffic areas (plus the carpet is a light color). He was knowledgeable and courteous, and did exactly what he said he could, and briefed me on spots that he couldn't, before he even started. He took the time and paid attention to the details, and the carpet looks great! ... and smells great now, too! Very pleased with the service and results - recommend them to anyone needing an honest cleaning service.
