First class in every way. Kenny was right on time, fully prepared, pleasant, and worked tirelessly for the several hours he was at my home. I was impressed with the quality of the results (esp. the almost complete removal of a large number of very old--10+ years--pet stains in the carpet.) Highly recommend as high quality and high value for $.

I've used Chem Dry for the last five years to clean my carpets. Their system is the bar far the most effective on getting and keeping my carpets clean. I love the way the carpet is dry within two hours and looks like new because they rake the fibers back upright. There is never a wet smell or odd odor with Chem Dry. I enjoy their up-front competitive pricing and I often find a coupon which saves me money. The last time they sent out two individuals to clean my floor and they were done before I expected. The cleaners are professional, honest, in uniform, and compitant. You won't be disappointed!

I originally called Brooks (several years ago) because I got tired of having wet carpets for 24-48 hours with regular steam cleaning. I was very pleased with the results and have continued to call them. I always ask for Kenny...he does a great job!

The tech arrived a few minutes early and had everything ready to go right away. The carpet came out beautifully and looked like it was brand new. We had 17 stair treads and a large second floor split hallway cleaned and it was for the minimum charge, quite a bargain. It was also very convenient because he was finished in about 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived on time, was efficient in his set-up and cleaning activities. The quality was very good, the price was where I thought it should be and Brooke's Chem Dry Clean worked very hard to fit me in before we had company come for Thanksgiving!!! I will use them again in the future!

Very professional with an email reminder that morning, plus the driver called also. Arrived on time. Was friendly and efficient in doing his work. Had all moveable furniture moved, so that helped in shortening the time he was there. Cleaner had a faint, but pleasant fragrance - no chemical smells. Dried easily. Will recommend and use again.
