We love that the rugs are dry by the next morning so that there is no disruption to our preschool routine. We also love that the system is non toxic because we try not to use any toxic cleaners at our school. Thanks for working around our schedule. The rugs really look great and they get dirty! Tyler, our technician, was extremely courteous, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He explained exactly what he would be doing and was very professional. The carpet looked almost new when he was done and it is 22 years old (installed in 1993 when we built our house). The price was comparable to a "wet" carpet cleaning service such as Stanley Steamer. The convenience of it drying in hours instead of days is why I chose Brooke's Chem Dry instead of the "wet" method. I was skeptical that it would dry as fast as I was told it would, but it did. I would definitely recommend Brooke's Chem Dry and would not hesitate to have them clean our carpet again.

Tech discussed the process before beginning work. Stains were removed with no signs of residue. Tech was running behind due to previous appointments, but called ahead to provide a revised ETA. Much appreciated! I would recommend Brooke's Chem Dry KC and use them again for any future needs.

This service was duct cleaning. We have six cats and have lived in our house for 3 years. Kenny got TONS of cat hair out of the vents (expected), but he also got construction debris and drywall dust out of the vents. They do everything to contain the mess, but there will be some minor clean up when they are done. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend this service, in addition to their carpet cleaning services.

We are extremely pleased with the results of your service. Our dog went through bladder surgery and for about 3 weeks she had little control over where and when she did her "thing." We were beginning to think we would have to replace the hall carpet and my favorite recliner. Now the house is back to normal and I can relax and put my feet up in comfort. I believe it was Kenny who did the cleaning for us and he did a great job. We appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism through out the job.

Kenny is the technician that cleaned my carpet. He is excellent, very thorough. I used Chem-Dry when I lived in ATL and was impressed with them there, but when I first came back to KC, I was not impressed with the other Chem Dry companies that I used ... too many short cuts, just did not meet my expectations from the companies in ATL. This company and Kenny now meet my expectations. I certainly plan on asking for him every 6 months to clean my carpet. I know that he will do a great job.
