Great experience all around! Accommodated our busy schedule and offered carpet cleaning at a great price. Steve and his crew came to the house and did detailed work, spending time to get our carpet looking new again! Professional and courteous! Have already recommended to friends and family! Will absolutely continue to use for future carpet cleanings!

We have been very satisfied with the work done by Chem Dry. We had failed to schedule our routine cleaning last spring so when we did get it scheduled it was in need of care. You could really see the grey traffic areas in front of our chairs and on our stairs. Our technician, Kenny, took extra time in making sure that he got all of the grey out of these areas. He was very thorough and respectful of our area. We like this cleaning approach as it uses less water and therefore dries quicker. In our opinion, it is also reasonably priced. We are now ready for the holidays with a clean fresh carpet. Thank you.

We had pet odors to deal with when we moved into a rental house. I hired ChemDry specifically for the PURT treatment they have to remove pet urine smell. The men were on time, professional and did a great job. More importantly, IT WORKED! We are super pleased that all the urine smell is gone and their treatment worked as advertised. I would recommended them for any carpet cleaning.

Your men really had their work cut out for them. I was the one there but it was my brother in laws place. My sister passed away last June. She had 4 dogs and prior to that 2 cats. She was sick for several years and couldn't bear to part with her pets first. So needless to say they were not always able to make it outside to do there business. Your men didn't even blink at the amount of mess and dog hair there was to clean. They were very polite and professional. But above that they were kind. I sat in the office while they worked and glanced up to see the younger of the 2 men actually take a rag and wipe off the bottom of the table where my sister's urn is and several pictures of her. It actually brought tears to my eyes. I had made both gentlemen aware of the table so they would be very careful around it. they were both very kind considerate and very hard workers. They got around all edges and even wiped off the bottom of a rocking chair that got hair on it again. I recommended you to my sister in Olathe Ks and would not be surprised if you don't hear from her soon. I also asked for extra business cards to hand out. I worked in retail management for 28 years before retiring I know how important word of mouth is. I tried to get this on yelp but wasn't able to but I won't give up trying just wanted to let you know how good of an experience I had with you. After a few bad experiences and waiting for the carpet to dry for 24-48 hours, I called ChemDry and I am so glad I did. My carpets and tile never looked so good! I found that the process was quick, easy to set up, and priced fairly. The technician was friendly and thorough. My carpets came out looking wonderful and the house smelled fresh, but not overpowering. I would definitely use Brooke's Chem Dry again. The best part? The fact that my carpets didn't take 24 hours to dry. Ideal when there are kids running around.

The tech was very thorough and took care to clean every nook and cranny. The carpet had pet "stains" and they are gone. Kudos for a job well done!

It was excellent. I'm sorry I cannot remember the gentlemens name. He was exceptional at his job. He answered all of my questions he was kind and courteous. He made my carpet look brand new. I had a serious pet urine issue so I am very hopeful that this buys me a couple more years with this carpet. So glad that I found this service Thank you!!!

Mr. Kenny was our professional technician who cleaned our carpet...he deserves a raise! I will not go to another carpet cleaning company. We had another company clean once before, not ever again. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpeting in our dining room -- he brought it back to life! It looked brand new! I give all the credit to Kenny. He is really good at his craft. I will be calling again in about 6 months for a refresh. Again, thank you soooo much Kenny!

The worker who cleaned our carpet was very professional and a hard worker who was intent on deeply cleaning our 20 year old carpet and giving it a second life! He also did the best job cleaning along the baseboards where older carpet tends to accumulate a grayish cast. We were very pleased with the quality of service and the price.

I had the upholstery cleaned for a couch, loveseat, and recliner. It looks much brighter, smells great, and the spots have been removed. The fabric dryed quickly. Very pleased with the quality of service.

We were very pleased with our service from Brooke's. We were given a cloth couch and recliner. The owners had cats and my husband is very allergic to cats so we had Brooke's clean the couch and recliner and now my husband can enjoy our new furniture. The technician was pleasant and thorough.
