I am very pleased with Steve and the Chem Dry team. We didn't know if spots could be removed from previous experiences with other cleaners. Steve was confident they could remove the spots and they DID! Carpet looks brand new. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done was paramount. Kenny, the serviceman, was very professional,on time, worked hard,did a great job,explained various products available. The carpets now look great & smell nice after cleaning. Will use Brooke's again and will ask for Kenny again too. I used a coupon & price was very good. Much better quality of cleaning compared to other carpet cleaners I've used.

I just cannot say enough about the quality service I received. The carpets look amazing afterwards, for my move out. There was one carpet that had cat urine smell and after the service completely illuminated. The price was very affordable for my three bedrooms to include a family room, stairs and a small hallway. The carpets looked practically brand new. This company fit me in with a short notice. I would definitely, definitely recommend this company.

I have used Chem Dry for over 25 years, and Brooke's Chem Dry is excellent. The technician (the owner!) was prompt and clear in his explanation of what he would be doing. He was very thorough and was able to get into places that other technicians were not able to do. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job, for the right price with excellent communications and courtesy.

My experience with Brooke's Chem Dry started with my first call in, the secretary was very informative to my needs. We had a problem with grease on carpet in 2 rooms. She assured me they could get it out. The technician explained to me what he would do. He worked very hard and all of it came out. He even worked on an old stain and removed more of that. I'm generally very loyal to companies and services whom I have had favorable associations with. This all changed in the last week with regard to carpet cleaning companies. Can you believe I used the same company for over 40 years, and referred them to everyone I knew because I was so pleased with their services? I recently called them to clean my 18 month old carpets, and try to remove a large stain of spilled iced tea. The results were terrible. I called them back again regarding the stain, and asked them to re-clean 3 steps that were still very dirty (they did not clean edging of steps). The results were, again, terrible! OK, I'm desperate now! Brand new, expensive, top of the line Stainmaster carpet and pad. I browsed on Google and saw an ad for Brooke's Chem Dry in KC. I further researched their stain removal technique and testimonies about their work - then gave them a call. May I just tell you I have never been so overwhelmed at the time, effort, and excellent results by this company and their technicians? The stain was totally removed, the carpet was soft and new looking and I was so impressed, I asked them to re-clean the other rooms from the first cleaning! If you are looking for experts, at affordable prices, you have to put this company on your phone list. Truly, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Brooke's Chem Dry did a wonderful job cleaning my basement rug. After the year my rug had with visitor dogs who stayed with us 2 1/2 months and then my 2 new puppies, I was really wanting a thorough clean. My rug looks like new again. I like the Chem Dry method over the traditional steamer cleaning system because there is far less water (which I worry about in a basement) and it is ready for traffic quickly. Steve was polite, courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and I will not hesitate to recommend them. I will call them to come for my next cleaning.
