Our experience with Dickerson is related directly to Lyrah. We have purchased 4 properties through Lyrah. 3 rentals and a personal residence. We also sold a home(my husbands parent's home). Lyrah is upbeat, flexible, responsive, helpful, organized and fun. She tolerated 2 1/2 years of house hunting with grace and patience. We are very grateful for her assistance! We always prefer to turn to Lyrah.

Mercedes was extremely passionate in the process and answered any question I had. She was understanding and sensitive to the situation I was faced with and provided additional encouragement to make sure the home buying process was as easy as possible.

Gaby was awesome! I researched agents for about a month before deciding which one to choose. I chose Gaby because of her excellent record for selling property. I tried to sell my property three other times to no avail. I had an offer in about a week after Gaby listed it! My review is not for and about D&N but PRECISELY for and about Gaby Johnson. Great experience. Gaby proved very professional, very responsive (per phone or per mail), info were very accurate. Another precious asset : Gaby is bi-lingual which could be of help for Hispanic customers. All in all, we do recommend Gaby.

She was exceptional for many reasons including: providing a sale price recommendation that would attract immediate interest; quickly scheduling an open house to gain knowledge of its appeal connecting me to service providers who helped repair and beautify personally stepping in to assist when necessary so repairs could be timely accomplished...such as moving items from garage so the floor could be painted; and providing frequent communication on progress. As the seller and a licensed agent in Colorado, Tam's involvement made this one of the smoothest transactions I have ever been involved in. Thank you again Tam. Fine work!

Alisa was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We provided her with a list from our online search of properties so that she knew what we were looking for. Alisa knows the area very well and steered us in the right direction in our home search. When it came time to actually see some of the homes, she helped identify potential issues with a home/property, provided information on HOA's, fees and easements, and made efficient use of our time by scheduling showings. After 2 full days of showings, we found the home we were looking for. Alisa was extremely helpful in presenting our offer to the seller and through the negotiating process. She also took care of details such as scheduling the home inspection, mold inspection and getting all the fine details worked out with the seller for inspections such as radon, well & septic. The closing went off without a hitch because she made sure everything was taken care of BEFORE closing, eliminating any stress in the hole process. We had to sell my parents house, yet we live outside the area . We got Kathleen's name and number off a for sale sign two doors down from my parents. Our first meeting was great as she brought all the necessary documents to show what the property was worth, and the realities of the Rockton market. We signed the listing contract and headed back to Virginia. She was able to either line up or connect us with the necessary contractors to get the place ready for sale as well as having the left over furniture from the downsize removed and donated. She was great!. At closing we had a hick up (on our side) but she helped with the resolution and all went smooth. I can not say enough good things about Kathleen's personality, demeanor or professionalism . She is a great agent for Dickerson & Nieman.

In 2013, Alisa listened to my requirements when searching for my condo. She did not waste my time viewing inappropriate properties. It was a Freddie Mac foreclosure & the condo association was demanding late fees on the dues. Alisa helped me get the fees cancelled. A Freddie Mac sale is more intricate. I needed a home inspection, having to get the utilities turned on after the condo had been winterized, & a radon inspection. Simply getting the condo by-laws was a challenge. Alisa was there every step of the way guiding me seamlessly through the quagmire. She recommended an electrician, furnace maintainence & a plumber. My lawyer was so relieved by Alisa's attention to detail; she wished Alisa could handle all of her closings. In 2016 I purchased a piece of rental property. That property needed radon remediation & ultimately a new well. The well company took several months to test & retest, then finally to dig a new well which still did not pass the inspection until a new pressure tank was installed. Alisa was the mediator between the seller, the well company & I. She scheduled all the appointments, & carefully oversaw the progress not releasing the money in escrow until everything passed inspection. Neither of these real estate dealings were simple, but Alisa made it feel simple to me. I never felt stressed & always understood her explanations. I recommend Alisa to everyone I know. Her expertise in real estate is extensive. Her attention to detail is very comforting & prompt. I give Alisa 5 stars when she's truly a perfect 10!
