I have bought two houses with Jayne no and I couldn't imagine doing this without her. Working with Jayne is truly a pleasure. She patietly and thouroughly walked us through each step of the process making sure we fully understood everything. We ran into several unusal circumstances that would test any agent's honestly and integrity and Jayne never waivered. She is a class act and always professional.

Realtor was excellent, friendly, timely, responsible and on top of everything, working late into the night for an online auction. She kept me informed at all times and was very knowledgeable.

Buying a new home includes more than just getting a good financial deal. Vicki Flanders not only understands this but takes the necessary steps to insure that her clients' needs are met. Duey was awesome! Very patient in trying to find the right house for us! Always very prompt! Almost always answered his phone and if he didn't he would call you back the same day!! Highly Recommended!!

Brandon was great to work with. We had a unique situation moving in from overseas and having to travel a lot while trying to close Ina certain window. Shelley Martin worked with us in finding our new home in Rockford and she was excellent. We were moving from out of town and she did a great job of lining up about 10 houses for us to see on a Saturday with short notice. She was also very knowledgable about Rockford and the particular areas in which were were looking. I really appreciated how responsive she was to my endless questions. Texts, emails, and phone calls were returned almost immediately. Once we were under contract on our new home, she was very diligent in following up with the seller on all deadlines and inspection issues. Even after our purchase was complete, she quickly responded when I asked her for a referral for an electrician. I moved our family of 4 from Ft. Myers Florida. Knowing our destination would, I expected, make our property purchase easier. I called several Realtors from this area and explained our situation that our property in Florida was aggressively priced we would be cash buyers and would be purchasing a Rockton area home very soon. I made calls to Key Realty, Century 21 and at minimum 2 other brokers at which time I gave the agent our “plan to move itinerary”. I called a couple agents more than once. No return call, no interest. I was relating my negative experience to longtime friend and lifelong resident of Rockton Joseph Metz. He recommended Vicki Flanders and provided her phone number. I called her immediately and gave her our game plan and housing needs. Her response by email was the same day. Prospective listings arrived often daily and she was always available by email and phone to answer questions. Never had to wait for an answer to an inquiry. We called Vicki on June 14th to let her know we had arrived and met with Vicki on Monday the 15th. We closed on our new property in Rockton on July 6th. Vicki Flanders is pleasant, a people person, and always on time. She clearly understands the nuances of her market and has the requisite skills to put a purchase together rapidly.
