We had viewed one house prior to meeting Joe Eurek with another agent (different real estate company) that had not gone well at all, and were a bit leery about meeting another agent when we went to an open house that Joe was hosting. Those feelings dissipated quickly once we met Joe. He is an absolutely amazing agent! Joe helped our family find the home we were looking for, and then helped with the sale of our old home. He was there for every question and concern in a prompt manner with a caring attitude. Buying and selling a home is a major transaction that many of us will only go through a few times in our lives; it can be nerve racking, overwhelming, and stressful, but Joe helped to ease those feelings with his professionalism and consideration. ( which we had several ) Very professional. Received offer within 3 days. Christie had professional photographer take photos of house for listing on internet and obviously well worth her expense. We are delighted to share our experience with Kathleen Kline who recently acted as our Real Estate representative. We have re-located from Arizona to Rockford, IL. where we had previously lived. This was accomplished with very little cost to ourselves. The home warranty has given us peace of mind knowing we won't incur any major expenses in the future. We meet Steve going through an open house on a Sunday afternoon. Steve instantly is a likable guy. He was so easy to talk to and willing to help us when we were ready. A month or so after meeting Steve, we called him and asked for his help in buying a new home. He scheduled a tour to fit our schedule and drove us to each home that we had interest in, he is so accommodating! We found a home that we loved. Steve helped us fill out the paperwork and the rest is history! I feel very fortunate that we found Steve and that he is such an amazing Realtor!!
