It was a pleasure working with Chris Oysti to sell our home in Belvidere. The property sold in less than a week of listing and closed in 35 days! Chris did an amazing job of marketing our property and providing guidance throughout the process. Chris is honest, professional and very responsive; her attention to detail and knowledge of the local housing market made it very easy and profitable for us! Anna was very helpful. I was not sure what I wanted and exactly the price range and she was so good about showing me places that were in a few different price ranges along with different styles of homes. She was great with the fact that I had no idea. She Was very knowledgeable on every house that she showed me she did her research and made sure that she knew the answers to questions that I would have. And when we didn’t know the answer to some thing she was very good about getting back to me right away. We had some difficulty with the house that I ended up buying and she was so good about keeping me informed on everything that was going on. And making sure that everything was going the way it was supposed to for closing with inspections and all other things! Not that I plan to buy a house again anytime soon but I will definitely be using Anna again! And telling everyone that I know about her!

Selling your home can be a stressful ordeal. Working with Zach Thompson from Dickerson and Nieman was the best decision we could have made. From the start he made the process so much easier for my wife and I. His knowledge of every question we had made us have the confidence that he would get us to where we wanted to be. Finding the right home was a long process for me and Jaclyn Rotello and Mark Payne were with me every step of the way. Mark, was on point when it came to selling our home. He made things easy, Mark is very professional from the first day right up to closing I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a realtor.

We heartily commend and recommend Realtor Gaby Johnson, who helped us with our recent house search and purchase. We were not easy to help by any means. First, we did not know the area. Second, we did not know exactly what we wanted in a home, and third, due to work, distance (over 1000 miles away), and child care complications, it was only possible for one of us to do the on-location portion of the search at a time. Gaby accommodated our needs with skill. She took the time to acquaint us with the area remotely. By listening to our reactions to various properties, she gathered the listings that were most likely to meet our wants and desires. After one two day tour by one of us, we narrowed the search to three and then to two homes. A final tour narrowed the selection to one. We made a reasonable offer somewhat below the already reduced asking price, and we accepted a modestly higher counteroffer. The process continued through inspection, loan processing, final walk-through (done during the lockdown), and to some necessary post-closing tasks. Gaby led us through all of it smoothly. The result is that we have the home of our dreams and some extremely pleasant memories of the process. I should add that this is the most recent home purchase for me, but there have been many before it. This was by far the most difficult and the most pleasant. Other Realtors might have put up with us because that is the way they earn their livings, but Gaby seemed to enjoy working with us, perhaps because it was so challenging. She is a true professional, and we look forward to her help in the future if we find the need to move again.

Dana was honest and up front with us from the beginning and throughout the selling process. She was always available by email, phone and texting with prompt responses. She always provided us with good and bad showing feedback. Dana helped us sell our daughters house in a short amount of time with no issues.

Becky is a realtor that is extremely responsive and caring. She went above and beyond her duties, day and night and weekends. She was familiar with all aspects of the marketing and sale of this home.
