We had some trouble with a house and it fell through, he continued after that with still helping us find our dream home, even when he was out of town. My daughter, Amy Gehrke and Ginger are good friends as Ginger sold her beautiful home a couple of years ago, so she contacted Ginger and she did another quick deal and sold my condo in short order. Ginger is a very pleasant person and a delight to work with. Her real estate knowledge goes a very long way and she has conclusions to any problem or concern that may come along.
