Noah assured me that I would get the amount of money that I needed and exceeded by nearly $100,000. He was great always! Had to write a contract three times and then get me out of two of those contracts. I was happy with the speed of the process, the automation of viewing scheduling, but the ability and knowledge of an experienced and smart realtor. She facilitated for us her excellent local market knowledge and by doing her research, she understood property values in our area, so we were able to sell our home over our original asking price. Ive worked with a handful of realtors in the past, but Cheryl is our favorite (and not just because we got lucky the first time). Weve worked with her probably 6-7 times now, and every single time she delivers. Now that shes with Dickerson & Nieman it makes working with her even easier (definitely preferred over our experience with Gambino). Cheryl is easygoing, fun to work with, and makes the whole process way less stressful than it has to be. & Dont let her fun personality fool you...she knows her stuff and handles business when it counts. Highly recommend (but dont keep her to busy because I still need her!)

Ginger has been a constant source of guidance and support since she first helped my mom find a home nearly ten years ago.
