Ken was able to find an investor within days of me signing a sales contract, without even listing it on the MLS. He worked hard at securing the sale and got me my asking price! He kept me up-to-date on the progress along the way, giving me peace of mind. I recommend him for both a rental agent and a home sales agent. He did such a great job. I will be using him for the sale of my primary residence in the near future as well.

Julie, was fantastic from start to finish. She took my cold call on short notice and setup several home visits on a Sunday while I was in town. She was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Our home purchase has been unorthodox as we are moving in from S.C. and we have done everything from a far (1,000 miles away), Julie helped us every step of the way. Her follow up and staying involved to help and guide us was a 10 out of 10. If you are looking locally to move or you are coming in from out of state or country, Julie is the person you want to help you. Moving this far away from "home" and having Julie to assist with everything has been amazing and I don't know that we could have done it without her help. This has been a stressful time for us and having a caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, responsive realtor has made everything seem more easy!
