In 2013, Alisa listened to my requirements when searching for my condo. She did not waste my time viewing inappropriate properties. It was a Freddie Mac foreclosure & the condo association was demanding late fees on the dues. Alisa helped me get the fees cancelled. A Freddie Mac sale is more intricate. I needed a home inspection, having to get the utilities turned on after the condo had been winterized, & a radon inspection. Simply getting the condo by-laws was a challenge. Alisa was there every step of the way guiding me seamlessly through the quagmire. She recommended an electrician, furnace maintainence & a plumber. My lawyer was so relieved by Alisa's attention to detail; she wished Alisa could handle all of her closings. In 2016 I purchased a piece of rental property. That property needed radon remediation & ultimately a new well. The well company took several months to test & retest, then finally to dig a new well which still did not pass the inspection until a new pressure tank was installed. Alisa was the mediator between the seller, the well company & I. She scheduled all the appointments, & carefully oversaw the progress not releasing the money in escrow until everything passed inspection. Neither of these real estate dealings were simple, but Alisa made it feel simple to me. I never felt stressed & always understood her explanations. I recommend Alisa to everyone I know. Her expertise in real estate is extensive. Her attention to detail is very comforting & prompt. I give Alisa 5 stars when she's truly a perfect 10!

Jayne was amazing to work with from the first day. She listens to you, answers your questions, works hard to sell your house and find you a different house at the same time. She was always available to take our calls or emails and keep us up to date. When we finally found the house we had been searching for, she got us in to see it that day and pushed into the night to make the offer and it was accepted. I can't say enough good things about Jayne and the experience that we had. I highly recommend her. If we are in the market to buy/sell again, she will be our first phone call.

We view our home as an investment and had a strong wish to retain what we put into it when we sold it. Lyrah Austin-Bushnell respects that ideal and was there to provide answers, day or night. During the sale of our older home we had an overlapping purchase of a new home; it was seamless for us. She took care of everything. We will hire Lyrah again in the future when we need to sell or buy a home, and would recommend her to anyone who needs guidance doing so. Thank you Lyrah, you’ve helped us become happy homeowners.

Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful in my first home purchase. I chose Kim because she helped my mom purchase a mobile home a few years back and she was very helpful then as well. She knows the market and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even taking me to a few homes several times as I made my decision on which house I was going to purchase. I will most definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home and I will use her again if I am ever looking to buy/sell in the future.

I am very glad we went with Chris Oysti as our agent to sell and buy our dream house. She is very knowledgeable in the area and was able to show us many houses that were in our budget and what we were looking for. When the house that we did buy went on the market she was able to get us in that night before anyone else saw it. Even after the closing Chris has still been available to us and that has been very helpful to my wife and I.

I have worked with Mike on some previous real estate sales and purchases. Market knowledge and broad connection base made the transactions smooth and fast. Our latest sale took place during a really tough market. The house moved within 90 days and we received nearly our asking price. Mike Long was terrific at taking care of all the details for an out-of-state Trustee who was trying to sell a residential rental property. It was an awkward situation which he handled beautifully. The house was priced right so that we had an offer in just weeks. The transaction closed without problems and without the Trustee needing to travel to closing. He was on top of it.

Tam was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive to what I was looking for in a house, and my likes and dislikes. She was very patient with me as we looked through many homes before I decided on the house I finally put an offer in on. Through the whole closing process, she was right there and walked me through it step by step. She answered all of my questions, and shared some of her experiences.
