Working with Jayne, was a great experience. I was going through a difficult time, was relatively naive to the process, needed to find a home quickly,in a specific school district, and on a tight budget. Jayne guided me through the process start to finish, answered all my questions, and showed me what to look for when buying a home. She was easy to get a hold of,and quick to reply to any messages I left. She's one of the top producers in the area, and came highly recommended. She's great at her job, and from my experience I'd say she also loves it. She was always positive and easy to talk with. January is the best realtor you could ask for. She helped sell my home in 2018, and has since been helping us to find the perfect house to buy. We weren’t the easiest customers, and ended up with a couple snags along the way. She was always responsive, and always had an answer for any question. Home buying can be frustrating, and she always lent an ear to listen to my ranting and frustrations. After putting an offer in, I never had to worry about things being set up or having to find resources. If I was confused about a process, she’d take time to explain or even went as far as coordinating for me, so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. She works very hard for her clients and I always told her how appreciated her time she dedicated to us was/is. I will almost miss the home shopping process (just kidding). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home, and have done so! If you want someone who is invested and personally cares, then January is your person.

January fry was our realtor for selling and buy. She walked us through every step and our house sold in one day for more then asking price.

Approximately 8/1/18 we found our new home to purchase with the help of Kathleen & closed on that purchase on 9/14/18. Our previous home was listed on 10/8/18 , then closed on 11/21/18. During this same timeframe, my mothers home went on the market on 10/17/18, sold & closed on 12/31/18. Kathleen was instrumental in this whole process. She always made herself available for questions/concerns via text, email or phone call. She prepared us for our new purchase and getting the other two homes ready to be sold for a fair market value. There is a lot involved in buying & selling homes especially when we hadn't moved in 30 years & over 50 years for my mother. We highly recommend Kathleen Kline. Between her knowledge & work ethics she'll work hard to exceed your needs, she's dependable & will communicate with you through the entire process.

Gaby Johnson was my agent and she was extremely professional and effective in getting my home sold in a very timely manner. I had already relocated and Gaby was fantastic in helping to coordinate people for repairs and other matters. Gaby helped me to get the price I was hoping for but in a quicker time than expected. This note is a little overdue. We Strongly recommend Alaina Levins as a personal realtor. She was very available and attentive to our needs to locate a condo quickly in the Rockton / Roscoe area. She listened to our needs and wants in a purchase and found the right place very quickly. Chris Oysti recently helped me to sell my Mother's home in Belvidere, IL. I needed an agent who knows the local market and could work with my being located nearly 1000 miles away in Dallas, TX. Chris filled the bill in every way. Chris and I initially met face to face and did a walk-through of my Mom's house. We discussed its need for updating and the pricing concessions likely to attract a buyer. Chris quickly gained my confidence with her observations of the house and apparent knowledge of the local market. I explained my desire to sell the house "as-is" to permit a buyer to have updates implemented as suits their tastes and preferences. I accepted her recommendations and we agreed to work together. Very shortly after our meeting I received the listing agreement and information on comparable properties in the vicinity recently sold, under contract or listed for sale. I had also done research online to ascertain the market value of my Mom's home, and compared my findings with the comparables Chris provided. Chris recommended a listing price based on her research, market knowledge and condition of the house. We discussed the initial listing price and I decided on a listing price 3% higher than her recommendation. This proved not to be the best decision on my part. After about a month on the market, with limited interest from buyers, and no offers, I recanted my pricing decision and lowered the price to that recommended by Chris. I did accept Chris' recommendation to offer a home warranty to the buyer. Besides providing comparable property values, Chris also explained all likely steps which would be encountered through the sales process and once an offer was tendered. Since the house had a well and septic system, Chris also explained the testing required at the time of sale, as well as other aspects, such as testing for the presence of radon. This was very helpful to me, as I was not familiar with local practices, nor with disclosure requirements. We had to delay the listing of the property to provide my siblings and me adequate to inventory the contents, divide them among the eight of us, and move items to various destinations. Unwanted items were given to charities to finally empty the house for sale. Once the listing was activated, I began to receive text message alerts of scheduled showings. Chris provided regular communications of any feedback received from showings. Since I was far away, Chris regularly went to the house to check for any issues. We had regular text message and phone discussions throughout the sale process. Chris always responded promptly to my messages. At no time did I feel uninformed. Chris frequently offered to go to the house to admit service personnel and to deal with other matters which arose, such as obtaining a required carbon monoxide detector. Being far away, I could not easily deal with any issues which arose. I greatly appreciated her offers to handle matters requiring physical presence. Chris provided excellent suggestions and advice when I was evaluating the buyer's offer, and through a few iterations of counter-offers, before agreement was reached. When terms were agreed with the buyer, an inspection of the house and its systems was performed. Issues were identified with the septic system and the presence of radon. Once again, Chris provided very helpful recommendations of reliable service providers to address these issues. Chris also kept all parties involved in the sale informed, as the issues were being addressed. She is very contentious and above board. At the outset, Chris had told me I would probably not need to be present at the closing. The closing occurred on the date originally planned, while I remained in Dallas. In summary, I was very pleased to have engaged Chris in the effort to sell my Mom's house. Chris was always thoroughly professional and frequently offered to deal with matters I thought beyond what I could reasonably request of her. I strongly recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling property in the Rockford/Belvidere area. She is a dedicated professional who knows the market and how best to represent the interests of her clients. Donald Haig December 2, 2018

I had a bad experience with another realtor through another agency. Susan Heggemeier was wonderful!. She went above and beyond in helping me with every little detail of my move! I ended up purchasing the very first condo she showed me and even the treasurer of my condo association exclaimed how ver thorough she is and how he admired Susan. After helping me plan every detail of the move and the closing was over she reminded me to make the phone calls necessary to keep the utilities on. Since I wasn’t familiar with Loves Park at all she even drove me to all the utility companies and waited patiently in her car as I filled out forms for garbage removal, water, electricity. She patiently emailed me the phone numbers and directions to the place where I pay my real estate taxes. Since Susan has lived in Rockford all her life she really knows the area well and she has many years of experience as a realtor. It was her goal to keep both buyer and seller happy so she did much negotiating. Susan is also very knowledgeable home construction since her son does construction and could advise if any potential problems. I cannot say enough about her! We love Chris Oysti! There was no question she didn’t have the answer to. Her responsiveness to us was in a very short amount of time, even after hours. We never got the impression from Chris that any question was stupid. She always gave us a heads up on what to expect each step of the way. She is a very personable lady, which makes her very easy to work with. We will DEFINITELY be referring Chris to our friends..
