Lora was knowledgeable about my neighborhood and helped me price my home to sell quickly. She assisted with referrals to a contractor to complete repairs needed to get my house ready to put on the market. She was responsive to questions and concerns. When my husband and I decided to relocate and look for a new house, we immediately felt in over our heads. The first couple realtors we met with seemed pushy and uninterested in what our needs were, finally, my aunt referred us to Jayne Ragan. Jayne was literally the best realtor we could have ever connected with. As soon as we met with her we felt confident that we would find the right house! She was SO attentive to our needs, ensuring that we would find a house that could accommodate our growing family in our desired location. January Fry was so knowledgeable and professional while helping me find the house that was right for me. She walked me through the whole process and was there if I had any questions. I never felt like I wasn't able to contact her at any time when I wanted anything clarified. She knew the area the area quite well and was able to guide me to the house I'm now in love with. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a house.

Becky kept in contact with me throughout the buying process, and spent a lot of time with me when I came into Rockford to look at properties. It is difficult to buy a house when you live 2000 miles away, but Becky always kept me focused, even though sometimes I had to wonder why I thought a particular house was great when on seeing it ( and after Becky told me) the house was clearly not great. Working out the details took some back and forth but Becky also remained upbeat and kept me in the loop as different proposals were made. At last all the documents were signed, and Becky even left me some essentials (toilet paper, etc) upon my arrival. I don't plan to move again (certainly not 2000 miles) but if I do move locally, I would go find Becky.

Becky Thalhofer did a great job seller our house and helping us purchase our dream house! She was able to quickly sell our house for what we were asking and help us navigate through difficult situations involving the purchase of the new house. Becky knows the market well. Thanks to our amazing and dedicated realtor Becky, we have now been at our first home for nearly 6 months now!! Wow, how time flies! Although time has flown by, we will always remember our experience with Becky as a great one! She was there every step of the way, and even when we decided to take a 6 months home-search break to improve our credit, she didn’t forget about us- not even one bit. She kept in contact, periodically sent us lender options for when the time was right, and didn’t pressure us in any way. If ever we had a question, she was there, hands down! Noah Meyer recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Even though we gave Noah a pretty specific list of must-haves, he came through and found us a home that was in the school district we wanted, at a right price point and age/condition. My husband and I lived over 2 hours away at the time, but Noah was very flexible and able to show us homes when we were in town. He answered all of our questions and guided us smoothly through the process. He also offered help with finding a lender and an inspector who were very helpful. Noah is very knowledgeable about the area and easy to work with. We especially appreciate his character and background in construction. If we ever want to buy or sell a house again, Noah is the first person that we will call!

January was the second realtor we came across during our home search. I knew after our first showing that she was the realtor I wanted to work with. She took her time explaining each property, was honest with her opinions of the properties and how it matched with our needs and was open with any negatives that may be connected with the area or property itself. January made us feel comfortable and important. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for exactly. She took our needs seriously and made sure to keep in contact on almost a daily basis. Once we found our perfect home she would answer any and all of my questions in a timely manner. If she did not have an answer she would find someone who did and relay the information to me right away. The closing process was smooth and painless. She made sure to have our best interests at heart and gave us sound advice. She also went up and above and attended all inspections and walkthroughs to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible during each step of the process. She is truly a wonderful agent to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent. In my opinion, January exemplifies what I would expect from a realtor.
