Mark is very knowledgeable and led us through an easy negotiation process. He works hard and has a great team of helpers that are available to help get the job done efficiently and effectively.

We used Jayne Ragan to purchase our home and to sell our home. She was a great help in deciding where to buy when we moved from out of state into the area. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the Roscoe/Rockton area including schools, neighborhoods, and services we might need. And because of Jayne's connection with the community, we chose her to sell our home also. She gave us advice on listing our home and kept us informed during the entire process.

Had a house in the country to sell Wanted to rent an apartment in town Jayne sat down with my wife and myself, explained everything We moved into apartment June 3rd 2019 Did not have to have open houses while we lived there. Closed on sale of our country house July 29th 2019 no problems with anything

January is the sweetest and helped us through ever step of selling our house. She was also available and so very helpful. Made our moving experience very easy. Helped me through all my anxiety issues as well. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell there home. Thank you sweety lady for all you did for us during this journey.

Joe was awesome. After losing a buyer for our home, he immediately put it back out and held an open house. The estate sold within two days of listing. Every thing was so smooth and easy for us the sellers. Very informative about how the process works. Went into this prepared for the long haul,but went to the closing instead. Would highly recommend Kim to everyone.

Vicki Flanders did a wonderful job in assisting me purchase a condo/townhouse. Other family members have utilized Vicki in the past and now I know why. She was very responsive from Day 1. I was an out-of-town buyer and returned to the area only on specific days. Even on a short notice, Vicki was able to make all the viewings and the final walk through work for me. It is even more incredible that Vicki was on vacation for part of the time and made herself available when she should have been relaxing! Emails, phone calls and text messages (and there were many of them) were always promptly returned. Lastly, I relied on Vicki for her extensive knowledge as a realtor. I had several questions throughout the process. Vicki was always able to answer them and even provided her opinion when she felt I needed help. Being from out-of-town, she even assisted with a handy man, a painter, utilities, etc. Thank you Vicki for all you did and hopefully I'll see you around town!

We were first time buyers with no idea how the process worked. Chris sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know and connected us with a fantastic lender. She was there every step of the way and available to answer questions and calm nerves as well. She found us the perfect house and made the process so simple and easy on our part. She is absolutely wonderful. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris.

No pressure experience... When I first met Gail, it was to discuss my situation, as I was not sure I would need a realtor. From initial showings to closing was 20 days. Gail kept me informed and prepared, so that my closing went smoothly, demonstrating the value of having an experienced professional on your side.
