This was my third root canal that Dr Ratcliff has done for me and just like first two this one was completely painless. He and the complete staff were very friendly and courteous. Through complete procedure he and his assistant were asking me if I was ok. I would highly recommend their services.

Root canal was performed with virtually no discomfort. Doctors and aides were very professional and quickly performed procedure. Paperwork process went quickly with no issues. This was first root canal, I would recommend this group.

Dr. Cook and Madison are both absolutely wonderful. From the moment I sat down in the chair to the moment I left the office they both made sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure. Dr. Cook and her assistant were wonderful. My pain level was kept at an absolute minimum. Both Dr. Cook and her assistant made sure I understood the procedure and pain management after the the procedure was complete. It was a five star experience.

Dr Ratcliff did a great job on my root canal. I have had 4 root canals done around the Madison and Rankin area and he has been the best. I did not feel any pain during the procedure. His staff is very helpful and always asked if I needed anything. If I ever have to go to one again I am definitely picking Dr Ratcliff.

All of the staff were amazing!! I felt comfortable from the time I got there until the time I left!
