Dr. Olivia Cook at Highland Endodontics is simply amazing! I recently had a root canal procedure done by her and it was an absolute breeze. From the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Cook and her assistant Madison made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very attentive and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. During the procedure, I was amazed at how fast and efficient Dr. Cook was. I felt no pain whatsoever and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. The aftercare instructions were clear and concise, and I was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend Dr. Olivia Cook to anyone in need of an endodontic procedure. Her work is fantastic and she truly has a gift for what she does. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Dr. Cook and Madison, for your excellent care.

The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable! My procedures were thoroughly explained to me! I was impressed with Dr Allison Brailsford and Kelsey the assistant. A great experience for a root canal - no pain during or after the procedure!!

Dr Cook and Madison were very patient and so understanding. My son and I were both apprehensive about the procedure. They both went above and beyond to reassure my son and talk him through the procedure before they started and during the procedure. Even though this put then behind schedule and other patients were waiting, they both remained patient and caring and put us both at ease.

I had a wonder dental assistant and Dr Ratcliff was so nice and gental. He prepared me for pain and antibiotics for infection. I actually have gave NO pain at all and it benn a day and a half. He was so gentle I actually dozed off a couple of times while he has doing the root canal.From the minute I walked in, until I left, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great patience, very polite personnel, friendly atmosphere. Dr. Ratcliff took his time and explained what he needed to do. He’s great. He also preformed endodontics work on my wife a few days ago and she doesn’t tolerate pain very well but she said Dr. Ratcliff was very good at keeping her pain low. If we need endodontics work again , Highland Endodontics with Dr. Ratcliff is who we’re going to.

This was the 2nd time Dr Cook has done a root canal for me and I wouldn't ever consider anyone else. She explains what she is doing as she goes and there was no pain at all. Every person I dealt with from making the appointment, checking in, the assistant and Dr Cook were so friendly and caring.

I have no complaints about my experience with Highland Endodontics. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gerrets was very professional and took time to evaluate even the need for this treatment. He and his assistant made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure. This was the first time I needed endodontic treatment and it was surprisingly quick and easy. Highland Endodontics, D. Cook and Madison took such great care of me. They knew how worried I was due to a terrible experience I had with a dentist. But they made sure I was comfortable and so numbed I couldn’t feel a thing. It was such a smooth process. Very thankful for these ladies. They spoke to me the entire time and let me know every step they were taking. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!!!
