I had a very good experience while there. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. Every step for my first root canal was explained to me before the procedure was started. I was asked several times if I was ok or having any discomfort. Very professional and caring staff.

I enjoy coming to highland endodontics. The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and clean, and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. We all know dental work is not the preferred choice of us all but it’s necessary and they do a great job of relaxing the tensions or anxieties you may feel. Dr. Cook does an amazing job and you honestly forget you’re in a dental chair. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great endodontist.

Great experience two times in a row. Same friendly service, sort of a calming atmosphere every time. The confidence from the nice girl at the counter, the assistant to the doctor, and the doctor himself is reassuring each time I have been here. There is never any confusion, everyone seems extremely knowledgeable. Almost zero pain during both root canals, and the mouth props they use to keep your mouth open are a blessing. Thank you for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

One of if not the best medical offices I have ever been in. Shelby and the ladies were super nice and I could not have asked for them to be more helpful in explaining everything. Dr Gerret was great and made sure I understood the procedure and answered any and all questions. I dislike going to the dentist as much as anyone but this was a good experience.

Awesome experience no pain in-and-out in one hour. I was sitting in the chair less than 24 hours. Called yesterday with excruciating tooth pain in the chair next morning at 8:00. Love Candace and Dr. COOK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was referred to Highland Endodontics and my experience was definitely worth writing about. Dr Ratclifde and his staff were outstanding and got me back to the operatory within minutes of my arrival. They were so accommodating as to relive my pain. Dr Ratcliffe was very confident and completed my root canal in one visit. As a dentist, I was attentive to how they treated all the patients that I witnessed in the office. They were highly professional. The office was spotless and the dental care was top notch. I cannot say enough positive statements about my experience. I highly recommend them for your endodontic needs!

Dr. Olivia Cook at Highland Endodontics is simply amazing! I recently had a root canal procedure done by her and it was an absolute breeze. From the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Cook and her assistant Madison made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very attentive and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. During the procedure, I was amazed at how fast and efficient Dr. Cook was. I felt no pain whatsoever and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. The aftercare instructions were clear and concise, and I was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend Dr. Olivia Cook to anyone in need of an endodontic procedure. Her work is fantastic and she truly has a gift for what she does. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Dr Cook and Madison were very patient and so understanding. My son and I were both apprehensive about the procedure. They both went above and beyond to reassure my son and talk him through the procedure before they started and during the procedure. Even though this put then behind schedule and other patients were waiting, they both remained patient and caring and put us both at ease.

I had a wonder dental assistant and Dr Ratcliff was so nice and gental. He prepared me for pain and antibiotics for infection. I actually have gave NO pain at all and it benn a day and a half. He was so gentle I actually dozed off a couple of times while he has doing the root canal.From the minute I walked in, until I left, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great patience, very polite personnel, friendly atmosphere. Dr. Ratcliff took his time and explained what he needed to do. He’s great. He also preformed endodontics work on my wife a few days ago and she doesn’t tolerate pain very well but she said Dr. Ratcliff was very good at keeping her pain low. If we need endodontics work again , Highland Endodontics with Dr. Ratcliff is who we’re going to.
