Hospitality was wonderful, from the entering the front door til I got in the back. The doctor and her assistant was really great in explaining to me. Even through the procedure they gave steps on what they was doing.

What a great experience. The staff was so professional & personable. Dr. Ratcliff went above doing my root canal ( which was painless) & fixed another problem that I didn't know was an issue. So glad they have an office here in Flowood. Will be using them again in the future.

The quality of care was excellent! The front desk was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and never felt rushed. Dr. Gerrets assistant was also very professional and very friendly, she took her time explaining the procedure to me, at no time did I ever feel rushed. Dr. Gerret was excellent and very friendly. He took his time and was very gentle throughout the procedure! After he was done he asked if I had any questions.they also had printed instructions for taking care of my tooth when he was done. Thanks Highland Endodontics!!! I’m very pleased with the whole process!!!

My experience at Highland Endodontics was excellent. The staff was friendly. Dr. Watts did a great job. I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I do recommend the nitrous oxide. Would definitely recommend this group if you need a root canal!

Very positive experience at Highland Endodontics from sign in, to x-rays, to actual procedure and checkout. I shared with Dr. Cook that this was my first root canal. She explained what the procedure entailed and also shared the process in real time. Dr. Cook and her assistant were assuring, friendly and informative. They did a great job.
