I requested to be referred to Dr. Gerrets, and I was seen the same day. As a retired health care professional, I definitely knew there was an issue due to the amount of pain I had been experiencing. The pain was ongoing and getting worse every day. Dr. Gerrets did an in-depth evaluation before deciding on a treatment plan. He identified the problem and was able to perform a root canal. His injections and the root canal performed were extremely gentle. Dr. Gerrets explained the procedure and worked to make me comfortable. His concern for the issue and possibly continued issues I could experience from the second crown area let me know I was in the hands of a true professional. I am following his aftercare instructions and feel comfortable, as he advised me to contact him if any additional problems were to occur or persist, and he would gladly see me and reevaluate. This is true continuity of care. I highly recommend Dr. Gerrets and his staff. In conclusion, I will state that the facility was extremely clean and organized. Dr. Gerrets was absolutely amazing, as was his assistant and all of the staff I encountered.

5 stars! Office staff friendly and professional- Dr. White friendly and did a great job explaining everything he was about to do so I would know exactly what to expect - office clean and beautiful. Getting a root canal is daunting but everyone at Highland Endodontics calmed my fears and had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend them!

Been seeing Dr. Cool for years. My experience is always great a pleasant one. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. I saw Dr. White for the first time. He was kind, quick and thorough. I will continue refer friends and family.

All the Ladies were welcoming and engaging; super sweet and caring. Dr. White worked quickly and professionally. He made time to answer my questions and explained the reasons for the 3 prescriptions he wrote for my post-procedure. He is a caring physician.

I had a fantastic experience at Highland Endodontics Friday. Dr. Cook and her staff are amazing!! They are all so professional and kind, always making sure that I was ok!! Dr. Cook is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and my root canal went so smoothly. I have not had any issues. Also this clinic is perfectly clean!! I highly recommend Dr. Olivia Cook and this clinic!!

Highland Endodontics is awesome! I arrived nervous as all get-out and the receptionists were very calming and encouraging, which made me a little more comfortable. Once the physician’s assistant came out, she was awesome…comforting me all the way! The endodontist came in and continued the A-1 service by explaining to me exactly what was going to happen and what I would feel. He was spot-on! I would recommend Dr. Ratliff and his assistant ANY day! Thank you, Highland Endodontics, for everything! I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and Highland Endodontics!!

I enjoy coming to highland endodontics. The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and clean, and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. We all know dental work is not the preferred choice of us all but it’s necessary and they do a great job of relaxing the tensions or anxieties you may feel. Dr. Cook does an amazing job and you honestly forget you’re in a dental chair. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great endodontist.

Great experience two times in a row. Same friendly service, sort of a calming atmosphere every time. The confidence from the nice girl at the counter, the assistant to the doctor, and the doctor himself is reassuring each time I have been here. There is never any confusion, everyone seems extremely knowledgeable. Almost zero pain during both root canals, and the mouth props they use to keep your mouth open are a blessing. Thank you for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

One of if not the best medical offices I have ever been in. Shelby and the ladies were super nice and I could not have asked for them to be more helpful in explaining everything. Dr Gerret was great and made sure I understood the procedure and answered any and all questions. I dislike going to the dentist as much as anyone but this was a good experience.

Awesome experience no pain in-and-out in one hour. I was sitting in the chair less than 24 hours. Called yesterday with excruciating tooth pain in the chair next morning at 8:00. Love Candace and Dr. COOK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was referred to Highland Endodontics and my experience was definitely worth writing about. Dr Ratclifde and his staff were outstanding and got me back to the operatory within minutes of my arrival. They were so accommodating as to relive my pain. Dr Ratcliffe was very confident and completed my root canal in one visit. As a dentist, I was attentive to how they treated all the patients that I witnessed in the office. They were highly professional. The office was spotless and the dental care was top notch.
