I had a good experience based on what procedure had to be done. I almost lost my tooth, but Dr. Brailsford was able to save it.

It was amazing, everyone was nice the service was over the top. Dr cook did an amazing job if I ever have to get another root canal and I pray I don't I will destroy go back to Highland Endodontics!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Charles Ratcliffe as Endodontist. I must say that I usually I am somewhat uncomfortable when visiting a dentist, etc. But I was completely relaxed because of the care I received in removing a bridge, cleaning out the decay underneath, and repairing and preparing the studs for my new bridge. I never felt the needle as he deadened in preparation. He and his assistance were exceptionally kind, courteous and just put my shaky nerves at ease. Dr. Ratcliffe is exceptionally skilled and he has state of the art equipment! I highly recommend using this team!

Root canals are not fun but I have to say that my recent treatment was very pleasant and very professional. Everything about Highland Endo went like clockwork. The assistant (Candice) was very welcoming and very thorough in explaining everything and getting me prepped for Dr. Cook. Then Dr. Cook came in and was so very welcoming and asked if I had any questions and spent a good bit of time making sure I was comfortable with what she was about to do. She then did the procedure and I had no pain or discomfort at all. She is the best endodontist I’ve been to in my 75 years she is also the best looking !

The team at Highland was extremely friendly and professional. They delivered a high level of care before,during and after my root canal. I highly recommend them. Five stars!

I’m always anxious about getting dental work of any kind done, but Dr Cook and her assistant made getting a root canal no big thing! They were so nice and explained everything all through the process, and I wasn’t anxious at all. They really put me at ease. Never felt any pain or discomfort. They are the best! I will highly recommend to all my friends and family.
