Dr. Watts is very professional and skilled while still being compassionate and kind. His assistant , Jessica was a sweet and reassuring person that put me at complete easy and calmed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Cook and Candace are wonderful, and made me feel right at home. My root canal was painless and in no time I was on my way. Highland’s staff is great. I felt like I had been coming here for years, although this was my first visit. I would not go anywhere but Highland Endodontic.

From the time I walked in Doctor Cook office everyone was so friendly till the time I left ! She has the sweetest employees. They answered all my questions I had ! Doctor Cook always makes me fill so comfortable when I use her answering any concerns that I may have. And when leaving she lets me know her cell number is on my papers and tells me if I have any problems to call her ! I highly recommend Doctor Cook you will not be disappointed !!!!

The best root canal experience I have ever had and that is no exaggeration. Friendly staff, everything I would feel or hear explained in advance, and Dr Cook was great. The only painful part was the bill but even that was well worth the end result.

My visit was very good. Reception was prompt and friendly. Dr. assistant was friendly and very professional. Dr. Cook was friendly as she had been each time I saw her. She was very professional, and informative each step of the procedure. I felt no pain or discomfort (starting to feel some now, but that was expected). Overall, an exceptional visit.

AMAZING!!!! 10/10 highly recommend I hate dental work and have high anxiety when having dental work done. Dr. Brailsford and her assistant were so sweet and they took very good care of me. They let me know exactly what was happening and constantly made sure I was okay.
