The friendly greeting from the receptionist set the tone for my entire visit. Dr Gerretts explained the procedure and took care of my problem. Dr. Gerretts and his assistant, Sonya, checked on me throughout the procedure and worked to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you for the excellent care. It’s wonderful to be well!

My experience went really well. Friendly and professional workers at the Madison location. Cleanliness ,nice atmosphere and prompt service. I was comfortable at this location and the dental assistant explained everything she was doing and so did the dentist. They did a really good job with the retreatment of my root canal. I was so relaxed and comfortable I fell asleep during my service. The quality of care was excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice and professional. Was able to bring me back 30 minutes before my appointment time. Office is one of the best looking offices I seen. Hygienist was helpful in explaining every aspect of what she was doing. Dr. Ratcliffe was extremely nice and informative and didn't hurt when numbing for the procedure-which is very important

My experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The service was superb. I came in at 11:45 (appointment time) went right to the back, and was out by 1:55pm for a root canal.
