I was so anxious about having to have a root canal! From the moment I walked in, I knew it would be ok. Emily greeted me with the friendliest smile! She was very pleasant and helpful. Jessica made sure I understood the process. She was very thorough and her calming tone made me relax. Dr. Watts did an amazing job! He and Jessica kept me updated on the process every step of the way! I am extremely pleased with the level of care and OUTSTANDING customer service I received. If Highland Endodontics provided general dentistry, I would most certainly be a patient! Shhh don't tell my current dentist! I highly recommend Highland Endodontics! Thanks again!

I would recommend Dr. White to everyone. The care was outstanding. I felt so comfortable from the time I walked in and met Dr White and staff. Everyone was so friendly and you can tell that they really are concerned. The procedure went well and I was amazed that I felt so comfortable through it all. It actually was a pleasant experience. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite place to go…I was truly amazed at how it all was.

Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant and doctor were above kind and attentive. I was in and out much quicker than I imagined. I would recommend anyone to your office. Thank you and God bless!

The staff is very friendly. Assistants help and communicate between the doctor and patient. Dr Ratcliff is patient friendly and fast. I’ve had 3 root canals by Dr Ratcliff and I’m not going to anyone but him. Receptionists are livery cheerful and friendly, they know you’re a little nervous but seem to give you assurance that everything will be fine. The environment is wonderful. No commercial hospital-like rooms, more like your at home. You aren’t going to find better Endodontics care than Highland Endo!

My first experience with having a root canal couldn't have gone better. No pain during procedure. Dr. Ratcliff was very patient, took time to check often to see if there was any pain, and very detailed in everything he did. His assistant was also very patient and kind. I will be having my second one done in a few weeks. Thanks Highland Endodontics and Dr. Ratcliff.
