This was my first time to get a root canal, so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in their care. They were friendly and were constantly checking to make sure I was ok and couldn’t feel anything they were doing. Wonderful experience!

From the time I scheduled my appointment until my root canal was over and I checked out everyone was so friendly, caring and the quality of care was top notch!! Dr. Gerret has done done 2 root canals on me and knows how to help me through my anxiety without any discomfort!! Thanks for such wonderful care!!!

Wonderful experience. Doctor and assistants explained everything they were doing thoroughly and were friendly with great senses of humor. I didn’t experience major discomfort or pain. I actually almost fell asleep during the procedure. The doctor frequently checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment saving me money. Great experience overall.

I was amazed that an urgent root canal could be a pleasant experience.the front desk staff was so kind and reassuring. Dr. Ferrets and his assistant were timely and did a great job at explaining the procedure and ensuring that I was comfortable. They even gave me the cell phone number of the doctor in case I had issues after hours.

My visit to Highland Endodontics was truly wonderful! I was welcomed by the friendly office staff upon arrival and then made comfortable in the dental treatment room by a sweet dental assistant who expertly took some radiographs. Dr. Cook greeted me warmly and examined my sore tooth. After discussing my radiographs and her examination findings, she gently numbed me with a local anesthetic which provided immediate pain relief! She and her team were very efficient as they worked and were so gentle that I almost went to sleep! Following the procedure, they educated well on what to expect after my treatment. I'm so very thankful that they were able to relieve my pain and restore my use of this tooth! Without reservation, I highly recommend Highland Endodontics for great dental care!!!

Beautiful facility/ professional and very friendly staff. Service provided was quickly and completed without and pain. MD played attention and made sure that I was comfortable and provide necessary scripts to insure I had no pain + provided her cell phone number should I encounter any problems after office hour. As someone who is not a fan of dental care and especially root canals I can only say WOW about the quality of care I received from Dr. Gerrets and his amazing assistant Sharon. Every step was explained in-depth to me and great concern for my comfort was exhibited by both providers. What was also remarkable was the the modern state of their knowledge and dental instruments- awesome efficiency to give ultimate care! As a visitor to Jackson in a painful dental situation I am so thankful that I referred to this endodontist’s office and to this particular doctor!
