The procedure was top notch, both the work and the ease and friendliness of the entire team. Dr. White is EXTREMELY good at what he does.

I was pleased with all aspects of the services that I received. I do not have any recommendations for improvement. I especially liked the technique of controlling the water involved in the grinding process. I usually greatly dislike trying to keep water from going down my throat.

I was fortunate to be able to be seen by Dr. White immediately after being referred to him, due to a cancellation in his office. I was a patient of his about ten years ago and was SO relieved that he was able to do the procedure I needed this week as well. The procedure went extremely smoothly and as before, I felt completely confident in him and was comfortable from start to finish. Small details relating to comfort during a procedure matter just as much to me as larger ones.. and I thank him and his staff for attention to those details. I was very pleased with the care I received by Dr. Derek White and the staff at Highland Endodontics and would not hesitate to see him again... and to recommend him to anyone needing endodontic care.

Highland Orthodontics is a very professionally run clinic. The staff if friendly and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. White gives the best care and always consults with my regular dentist if any questions arise. I highly recommend you consider Highland Orthodontics if you are looking for exceptional care.

My root canal procedure was what you might call a non event. I had gone to my regular dentist on Tuesday when he discovered that I needed a root canal. I called Dr. White's office on Wednesday and explained the situation to his receptionist. They set me up with an appointment on Thursday morning. A very quick response to say the least! One of the amazing things about my procedure was that there was absolutely no pain involved before, during, or afterwards. I just does not get any better than this for me. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I will be contacting Dr. White!

Simply the Best! Dr. Cook and the staff are the most professional team I’ve ever seen in a Dr’s office. I’ve had 3 root canals done by Dr. Cook. No pain for me! Not during or after. I could have went back to work the same day. The level of care and compassion she has is intoxicating. The office is always bright and cheerful. The sweet ladies that greet me at the front desk each time are always smiling and happy. I love the fun pet compilations shown on the televisions in the most comfortable rooms one can imagine. Dr. Cook changed my “in look” and outlook of life. She made my dental journey personal and I want to express my gratitude. My confidence is through the roof! My life is good. I had a very good experience with the team from Highland Endodontics. I'm always very tense prior to any dentist visit but, the staff made me feel at ease. They were friendly very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

It was a great experience! The only regret I have is waiting this long to get my root canal. Everyone told me how awful root canals are but they obviously didn’t go to Highland Endodontics. I had no pain during the procedure and no pain the following days. There was a little soreness from the shots of local anesthesia but nothing else! Dr Ratcliff asked me multiple times if I was okay or needed anything. I recommend Highland Endodontics to everyone!

Everyone I encountered in your office was very friendly and helpful. I walked in, signed in, and was taken back immediately. Dr. Ratcliff did a wonderful job on my tooth, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous about it but everyone in your office made sure it was a pleasant experience for me. It could be dangerous asking for a review from a guy who’s not a fan of dentist or dental procedures. On the other hand, the info you get from such a guy would be without prejudice. Highland Endodontics and the personal there were professional, and caring. Dr. White continuously asked throughout my procedure: “How are you doing? Are you comfortable? Are you feeling any discomfort?” He and his nurse made my comfort, their priority. Both during my visit, and afterwards. The staff their seem to be taking extra precautions because of the Covid-19 pandemic, which I greatly appreciated. They were clean, courteous, and respectful. Both my procedure and the days following has been with minimum discomfort, for which I’m grateful. I believe an honesty review requires both, pro’s and con’s. The only thing I would change about my experience would be the chair that I was in during my procedure. The way the back was designed caused the only real discomfort I experienced. The moment I set up, the discomfort was no more. A. Different
