Great experience, very friendly staff and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was getting my root canal. Dr. Gartenberg even checked on me the over the weekend and four days after my root canal to make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything. Made me feel a lot better knowing I could reach out if I needed anything ! I Highly recommend highland Endodontics. Thank you Dr. Gartenberg!

I was super nervous about coming for the procedure, as I’ve never had a root canal. From The time I walked into the door the staff were very friendly, the dental assistant, and Dr Gartenberg was amazing. I felt no pain, hands down the best experience for me!

The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and sweet. Very helpful and checked me in very quickly. Dr Gerrets has to be the most entertaining Dr ive ever met. Kept me entertained talking back and forth with his assistant as well as checking in on my well being. The most impressive thing to me was Dr G called on me that night to check on me and how i was doing. It wasn't an assistant, secretary or some call center he actually called himself. Talk about customer appreciation, as well as just having an overall concern and appreciation for his patient. Top notch quality care going on in his office and beyond. My experience for two times now has been amazing. All staff from front desk to the doctor are so kind and friendly. I am so terrified of any dental procedures but coming here has definitely changed that feeling. I highly recommend this office!!

Today was my first visit. My visit and treatment was great! The receptionist, the Endodontist, and staff was very courteous and friendly. My appointment started on time. I was kept informed of what was happening throughout my procedure and was frequently asked about my comfort level. The procedure was quick and painless. It is one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had.

We will forever be clients of this place! My daughter was in extreme pain this morning and couldn’t get in with her Endodontis until 4 days later on a Tuesday. I called y’all and immediately the girl At the front desk said we will take care of y’all today. Everyone was beyond kind and personable at this clinic. The doctor understood how much pain my child was in and made sure he worked her in today. I can’t thank y’all enough for taking care of my kid and helping us out immediately. My daughter said the doctor and assistant were soo very kind to her and extremely gentle with her. She said they did not rush at all and made her feel taken care of! Again we can’t thank y’all enough for getting us in same day and helping. My family and I will forever be clients of yalls and forever thankful for y’all going out of yalls way to help my child that same day! I will never be able to thank y’all enough!! God bless

I cannot adequately convey how happy I am with the root canal I received today. The process was not only faster than anticipated, but was also much more comfortable than expected. I am completely happy with the entire process including the staff, from the from desk, to Sharon, and Dr. Ratcliff. What a great relief to be so happy about a root canal.

It is unusual in today’s society to encounter such professional & friendly staff at Highland Endodontics. Going in to have a root canal procedure can be a concerning process but after meeting the staff, Dr Gartenberg with his assistant, Katherine & the check in & check out staff, all was so comfortable.

This was my first time here and I was in a lot of pain. From the time I walked in until the time I left the entire staff was just phenomenal. They went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and they did their best to make sure I was completely comfortable and in as less pain as possible with my whole experience. I have never experienced such a welcoming atmosphere nor such respect, warmth, and sincere concern/caring from a dental office. The entire staff was professional and personable.
