I was very pleased with the care I got on my visit for a route canal. The doctor s d staff was very friendly and professional.

I would like to thank you for the top notch treatment I had today in your office. Everyone conducted themselves in high standards of professionalism and courtesy. The whole team from Dr. CooK and the rest of the Staff showed the utmost respect, competency, and dedication. I can say they orchestrated their work seamlessly in harmony, took pride of what they do, and obviously they enjoyed their chosen profession. You should be proud of what yo do. Perfect! I work in the dental field and I can now relate better with my patients that we refer to Highland Endo. I had a great experience with Dr. Ratcliff and his staff. I felt no pain, I was concerned about the injections but he was very gentle and calming. His bedside manner is everything our other patients say it is, warm, friendly and informative. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel comfortable.

I had a great experience at Highland Endodontics. The ladies at the front desk were extremely courteous and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. The dentist and his assistant were great. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. The next time I need dental work I am going to try to see if they will send me back Highland Endodontics.

My experience was amazing. I have very sensitive teeth so I have had some painful dentist visits. Everyone in this office was very nice and they did an exceptional job on my root canal. Dr White and his team made the experience as pleasant as possible. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure. I was pleased how quickly that they were able to see me and to have treatment the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Going in, I heard so many painful, horror stories from others regarding root canals. However, my experience was just the opposite. At the age of 54, today was my very FIRST root canal ever and Dr. White and his assistant were so reassuring. Dr. White's overall mannerism was well received. In the beginning I was nervous, tense but as I watched his hands at work, I became more relaxed and at ease. He's very skilled. Articulate. He's a craftsman at what he do but let's not forget his "second set" of hands (Assistant). Dr. White and his WONDERFUL Assistant were as ONE with each other! They worked well together. In all honesty the entire staff I interacted with during my visit, were professional, warm and friendly. I told my family and friends the root canal was done so well I wouldn't mind having another one. They all gasp. Lol!

Very pleasant experience under difficult circumstances. I was referred by another dentist practice to determine appropriate and most cost effective treatment for raging toothache. Crissy scheduled my consultation in a very professional and compassionate manner. Dr. Cook immediately assessed my condition and recommended a root canal. This procedure was successfully performed on the same day and provided me instant relief from the pain I was in. Definitely recommend Highland Endodontics.
