Good experience and great staff...i felt very comfortable and not much pain at all.

I can only say great things about my experience. The staff was super nice. I was made to feel very comfortable. The procedure went well and it was probably the best root canal I've had so far. I hope I don't have to have another root canal but if I do, I will definitely be back.

A++++++++. My first root canal experience in my 47 years. Dr. Cook described it perfectly, "It's a lot like getting a filling but takes a little longer." She was exactly right. The tooth pain I was experiencing the night before was unbearable. Left a message for my dentist at 5am to call as soon as they could. Dr. Malley opens at 8am and I received a call at 8:01 from his office. Told her what was going on and within 30 minutes I had an appointment with Dr. Cook the same day at 1pm. They actually were ahead of schedule and saw me about 30 min early. Start to finish was exactly 90 minutes and the tooth pain was gone. Every person I came into contact with from appointment, check in, procedure and check out were all the nicest people and extremely helpful. Even the unexpected costs of dental procedures they understand and offered me a few different scenarios to ease to burden. NO NEED TO ASK ME IF I WOULD RECOMMEND DR COOK AND HIGHLAND ENDODONTICS, I ALREADY HAVE SINCE MY VISIT ON WEDNSDAY 2 TIMES. Thank you and I'm writing this 4 days later and all is very well. NO PAIN! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was referred to Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook was able to see me the same day as the referral for a root canal. Dr. Cook was kind and explained all parts of the root canal for me. The entire staff was excellent and I will definitely return if any other endodontic procedures are needed.

Everyone was so caring and wonderful! By far the friendliest staff I have ever met. Dr. White is awesome! The only pain I went through really was just getting the shots to deaden my mouth.

My first visit to Highland Endodontics was today to have a root canal. The check in staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The procedure was done to my satisfaction and Dr Cook and her staff were excellent!

I found out I needed a root canal after a checkup on a sore tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr. White and they had an opening for that same day. My first impression was how nice and compassionate the receptionist was. She helped me with a payment plan, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist explained every step from x-rays to an impression and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. White was kind and explained step-by-step the root canal. He worked quickly and checked on me frequently. I was prescribed pain medication and given his number to call in case of emergency. My pain and discomfort level has been very minimal and even though I hope I never have to have a root canal again, Dr. White and his staff will be my go to!

You met and surpassed my concerns. You calmed me by. Your friendly manner and the Doctor was wonderful too. He did the procedure without any pain and was so nice and friendly. This was not my first experience with a root canal but it has been my best. I feel t h pricing get was fair and how can one value a tooth. Te y are a blessing to me. Thank you one and all.

Considering all the visits to the dentist, endodontist etc., I would rate your clinic a 10. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, & everyone at the clinic was very helpful. The older I get my nerves get the best of me when someone is working on my teeth, and because my mouth is the size of a child...it's very hard on the dentist and me as a patient. Thanks for the blanket and walking me through every step of the procedure. I was surprised when I left the office, that I wasn't a nervous wreck. Thank You!

The entire staff that I dealt with at this clinic, was top notch. From the moment I walked in, during the procedure, and untill I left, everyone was great. Including the Doctor. If I ever need another root canal, Dr White and his clinic is where I'll go.

There is only one place that I will go for a root canal and that is Highland Endodontics with Dr Derek White and his awesome staff. Everyone is always Friendly, very patient and caring from the initial phone call thru the door and the procedure to ready to go home. The Quality of Care here is exceptional and far exceeds that word with their way of comforting the patient through the root canal process especially with scaredy cats like me. Information was shared through the process and I had no questions upon checking out. I would recommend Highland Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal. My treatment at Highland Endodontics was a very good experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly and worked to make sure that I was comfortable and doing okay. If I ever have to have more dental work done, I would definitely go back here.

The quality of care was exceptional. The facility is just beautiful. The staff made me feel welcome and was very attentive. Dr. White was patient and explained the procedure with knowledge and caring. During the procedure he constantly checked to be sure I was OK. Again, I would highly recommend this group!

Dr. White was exceptional, I felt no pain through an entire root canal. Entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. I was able to get in the day I called. I hope I do not ever need another root canal, but if I do that is where I will go.
