First of all, I was really pleased to get an appointment so quickly yesterday. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dr. White and his staff were courteous, professional and thorough in their explanations of what would occur, and also with what I should do afterward. There was no pain during the procedure nor have I experienced any since. A follow-up call this morning to check on me was very much appreciated!

Dr. Derek White is a dental genius! He's professional, considerate, informative ( easy on the eyes) I highly recommend his services. I was seen at the Flowood location, the office was clean, neat and well organized. The staff was attentive and friendly. Thank you all!

This was my first visit to see Dr. White, and the first time for a root canal. I get very anxious seeing a dentist. The quality of care and comfort was GREAT!! The staff was very friendly. It's nice to go into a business that welcomes you and makes you feel that it is all about you. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Derek White. The staff was great and very polite. There wasn't a long wait and the paperwork was very streamlined with the use of the iPad, which made it much easier to get through. Dr. White and dental staff were very customer oriented and comforting. I thought that the root canal would be more than what it was, but it was as non-invasive as getting a filling. I was very pleased with the office visit and would come back if I ever needed another one. It was nice to be able to watch tv in the "chair", which is way better than just starring at the ceiling like in almost all other dental clinics that I've been in.

Dr. White was excellent. Prompt, Fast and great outcome. The staff were attentive and very professional. I did not experience any pain. Root canals are not fun, but this was a breeze.

Cannot express how easy it was to fill out paperwork. The entire staff was fantastic from the moment my regular dentist referred me. Somehow wish I could clone my experience and other places be anywhere near as good as this place. Cannot express enough gratitude and ease of care.

The entire team was great. From the time I walked in the staff was prompt and welcoming. The assistant answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I did not feel pressured by the doctor before the procedure. The Doctor and his Assistant were both very professional. The procedure was not painful at all.

My experience with Highland Orthodontics was excellent. The staff is professional and friendly. My procedure was pain free and done quickly. I would recommend Dr. White and his team to anyone. In fact my husband is going next week for the same procedure I had. He hates going to the dentist so I was able to alleviate a lot of his fears.
