Generally when people have to go to a dentist it’s not always because they really want to . I had a appointment today with Mrs cook, to do a root canal. I must say I have always been a little scared of people sticking me in the mouth with a needle. All that being said if I ever have to go to a dentist I would not only go back to Mrs Cook but highly recommend her to everyone. She and her staff are very professional and courteous. They go out of there way to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. They do wonderful work at a very reasonable price. So please take it from me if you have problems with your teeth and are looking for a dentist. I urge you to give Mrs Cook and her staff a call not only will they do a great job. They will take care of you from the beginning to the end and afterwards. Thank you again so much again Mike Bobbitt

My overall experience with this clinic and all of the staff has been fantastic!!! They get you back quickly, treat your needs, get you checked out professionally and then you are on your way!!! Not only that, but after my surgery they took the time to follow up the next day to make sure I was still doing well!!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking the services they offer. I don’t think you’d be disappointed in making this your choice in Endodontic care!!!

I could not have been more pleased. From the time the appointment was made until the end of my root canal, only professionalism was displayed. Staff was very informative and so so nice. I can't say enough about their attentiveness to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Pain was minimal. Office accommodations were outstanding. Dr. Cook and her assistant worked so well together. I would recommend Dr. Cook and her staff without hesitation. I love that K-Love played over the speakers!! That was just an added bonus....

When I walked in the door I new I was in good hands. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr white explained the procedure as he worked. He also used new technology. I never felt any pain. He was genuinely concerned for my comfort during and after the procedure. I will and already have recommended him to others. If you are nervous about a root canal, relax. Dr white is the best.

If you have to have a root canal this is the place. I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness of all of the staff. The professional way I was treated by Dr. White and his attendant was most comforting, I was a bit anxious and they put me right at ease. I experienced no pain during the procedure and am in no pain now. The thing I am experiencing now is a little soreness in my jaw. My bite is good and don't feel like that needs to be adjusted. My dentist confirmed I needed a root canal at 8:15 AM and they called Dr. White's office and they were able to see me immediately on a Monday morning. After being in pain all weekend, I was hopeful to get my ordeal over with. Within a few minutes, I was in their chair! I'm not sure if any other Endodontist in the Jackson area use the Gentle Wave treatment or not, but Dr. White is proficient with this new technology. Dr. Cook explained my options very thoroughly and honestly. She communicated well with me during the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I appreciated the large screen so that I could better understand the issues as she explained it to me. Jessica ( hygienist) and the entire staff were very professional - the facilities were very clean & well maintained and appear to have the latest technology. I also appreciated the telephone follow up the next day. If I need this procedure in the future I will definitely ask for Dr. Cook.

I had a root canal performed recently and it was the most comfortable experience I've ever had during any kind of procedure at a dental office. I literally did not feel anything except for a very slight prick with the initial injection. The procedure was done fairly fast too. I was referred by my own dentist and was able to get in the same day for which I was very thankful since I was in some pain. Thank you for your prompt and comfortable service.
