Dr. Cook was great! I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal. Dr. Cook was able to see me on very short notice and did a great job! Everyone was super nice, professional and accommodating! I definitely recommend Highland Endodontics!

I was really scared to have a root canal but I was very much wrong.. everyone treated me so nice and I loved Dr. White.. he was telling me what he was doing and I am very pleased with his knowledge and quickness.. I will tell everyone how professional and nice everyone was to me... I wont ever be scared again

Everyone was extremely nice and served me with a smile. The office was clean and inviting. Dr. Cook talked me through the whole procedure and was so kind and comforting. I will definitely be back any time I need their top notch care again!

Very positive experience...I had several concerns and questions and Dr. White was very receptive to my situation and addressed all issues to my satisfaction. The procedure was a bit of a challenge but Dr. White and all his staff made this stress free from the beginning all the way to the end.

I think that Dr. White and his staff are amazing. Everyone is friendly and nake you feel really comfortable. Dr. White explains the process and is really gentle and attentive while he's doing the procedure. I would reccomend him to anybody in need.

The staff was excellent. I was suffering with a tooth abscess and in a lot of pain and distress. Thank goodness for all of them taking good care of me in my time of need.

They made a very uncomfortable experience, comfortable. They were all so nice! Dr. Cook was great! The Christian music playing and the animal videos on the tv were very relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there in the future if necessary. I will definitely tell others about my great experience there.

Dr. White and his staff are simply amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with smiles. His staff is so personable and truly have a desire to help in any way they can. Their number one priority is their clients and it can be seen instantly. Dr. White is by far the best at what he does. He checks to make sure you’re doing OK throughout the procedure multiple times. He is so down to earth and has a personality that makes you feel comfortable instantly. I will never go anywhere else.

This was my second visit to see Dr. White for a root canal. Dr. White and his staff are awesome ! I would highly recommend them to anyone. My well being and comfort were their main concern. I even received a follow up call the day after to make sure everything was ok. I hope I’m done with root canals, but if I’m not Highland Endodontics is the only place I’ll use.

Dr. White and his staff were the most friendly and professional dental clinics I have ever been to. They explained everything that they were doing and accomplished a root canal with no pain. I’ve had several root canals but this was the first time that I have fallen asleep without sedation during the procedure. Dr Cook was gentle and helped me be comfortable and at ease. I can’t say that I look forward to another root canal but if I have to have one I would prefer Dr. Cook at Highland Endodontics.

I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Cook while I was experiencing a lot of pain around one of my teeth. The staff made me feel comfortable from the start. Once I met Dr. Cook I knew all would be better with her taking care of me. Dr. Cook and her staff explained each step to me as they went along taking care of my tooth. They have up to date equipment to be sure your experience is as comfortable as they can make it for you and it was.

If you have to have a Root Canal, this is a great place to go. Greetings with smiles and hellos as you walk in the door sets the tone for a pleasant as possible experience. Working with me on scheduling was also a big help. The hi-tech x-rays and scans gave Dr. White every possible detail of my tooth. And of course his little hammer makes conclusive positivity of which tooth is the culprit. My R/C was 11 hours ago and I have not needed any pain medicine. It's not that I'm so tough, it's that Dr. White and Staff all did such a good job. Many thanks to the entire staff for competent methods and great customer relations.

I was very impressed with the speed of getting worked into the schedule of Dr. White and even earlier than the appt time given to me! Then upon arriving the receptionist was very friendly not only to me but also to other patients in the waiting room and ones arriving. I was promptly called back for my appt and work began and before I could really realize it the procedure was complete. Dr. White and his assistant were very kind and polite as they explained equipment and procedures to me. The office was extremely organized, clean, and efficient. Icing on the cake was tv on the wall to help distract my mind from an upcoming root canal. I highly recommend Dr. White and his staff to anyone! Also, the clinic was very easy to find.

My experience with Highland Endodontics was wonderful. The ladies in the office are fast, friendly, and efficient. They were able to schedule my appointment within two days of the initial phone call. Dr. White and his assistant were patient and kind, as I was a nervous patient. There was no pain involved in the procedure and my home recovery went smoothly thanks to the care they provided.

Generally when people have to go to a dentist it’s not always because they really want to . I had a appointment today with Mrs cook, to do a root canal. I must say I have always been a little scared of people sticking me in the mouth with a needle. All that being said if I ever have to go to a dentist I would not only go back to Mrs Cook but highly recommend her to everyone. She and her staff are very professional and courteous. They go out of there way to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. They do wonderful work at a very reasonable price. So please take it from me if you have problems with your teeth and are looking for a dentist. I urge you to give Mrs Cook and her staff a call not only will they do a great job. My overall experience with this clinic and all of the staff has been fantastic!!! They get you back quickly, treat your needs, get you checked out professionally and then you are on your way!!! Not only that, but after my surgery they took the time to follow up the next day to make sure I was still doing well!!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking the services they offer. I don’t think you’d be disappointed in making this your choice in Endodontic care!!!
