What a great experience today. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone involved in my care. From the moment I walked in the door until my procedure was complete, I was so impressed with the professionalism, the comfort and the concern they all showed. I have been to Highland Endodontics several times for treatment and have always been treated with kindness and the best care. This recent visit for treatment was no different. I was treated with the same kindness and top quality of care. Dr. White and his staff are the best. The atmosphere was relaxing and it helped make the time I was there less stressful. The procedure went smoothly. I will always come here if I need care in the future and I will definitely refer Highland Endodontics to family and friends. This morning Dr. Cook performed a root canal on me. This was the first root canal for me and the staff was great explaining what was going to happen. The assistant and doctor talked through each step and were very friendly and professional the entire time. I would definitely refer anyone needing an Endodontist to that clinic. Highly recommended!

This is my second revue in about 12 months for Dr White, Again for a root canal on the right side this time.This is not a comfortable procedure. You will get tired and restless. Dr White know his job. Makes it painless. That's what a person needs. Hopefully I will not require another root canal. If I doI will return to DR White

Dr Olivia Cook & her assistant did an AWESOME job!!! They were very professional. They talked me through every step, & I did not feel a thing!! I had some anxiety because I just had a root canal 5 months before by some one else & I could hardly stay in the chair from the pain. Dr Cook made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I HIGHLY recommend her! :)

Thanks, Dr. Watts! I woke up with severe pain in my lower jaw. Dr. Watts saw me the same day and performed a root canal. No pain during the procedure due Dr. Watts’ quality of care. No pain after the procedure. Again, thanks to Dr. Watts and the crew at Highland Endodontist!

Welcomed as I first entered the office with all preparations made to receive me. Appointment was on time with very little wait. Waiting area for my husband was comfortable and inviting (he appreciated the coffee). Dr. Ratcliff's Assistant engaged with me, helping me to feel comfortable and explaining the procedures that would follow. I appreciated the videos and music as additional stress relievers. Dr. Ratcliff was very kind and patient in the procedure, and made this event easier than I had anticipated. The follow-up instructions were very clear. Highland Endodontists really took care of me last week when I had my root canal. I’ve had root canals before, and they were somewhat traumatic for me. There was a lot of discomfort during the procedure and pain after it. I suffer from anxiety a good bit, and I was so worried that it would be another bad experience. I was just a mess about this one. I feel like Dr. Watts listened to my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The dental assistants and the anesthesiologist were amazing too! Everyone was just so sweet, and I could not have asked for a better experience considering the situation. Absolutely zero complaints! Thank y’all so much!

I had an awesome experience. From the moment a walked through the door and left I felt very welcomed. The facility is very nice and you can tell the put a lot of thought into every room. Even the bathroom, very complimentary. The service itself was very phenomenal. The tools they used were unlike any I have experienced at other dentist offices. They made me feel very comfortable by just giving me glasses to shield my eyes from the water. Dr. White as well as his assistant kept making sure I was comfortable. I have bragged about the service I received to everyone I know and have recommended you all as well.

I had a root canal performed this morning. The treatment I received was five star plus (*****!). Dr. White and his staff are great. From the time I arrived I was treated like a member of the family and extremely professionally. I had the procedure performed an a very challenging tooth and Dr.White was great, He explained the procedure every step of the way and kept me advised of what was coming next. Made a stressful procedure very easy. His followup explanation was very enlightening as to what I can expect during my recovery although I am writing this less than two hours post op and feel great about the experience. I recommend Dr. White at the highest level. True professional and surgeon. Thank you Dr. White and staff.

My experience was as good as it can be for a root canal. Allison and Dr. White were friendly and kept me relaxed. The process was well organized without any wasted time. The work was thorough, and close attention was paid to my comfort throughout. Post-procedure I am having no problem - an excellent outcome so far.

I was very pleased with my care that I received from Dr. Cook and her assistant. They were both very friendly and talked me through the whole experience. Constantly asking me if I was in pain and if I was ok. I had no idea what to expect but they both put me at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook and her staff. The receptionist was very friendly as well, which was refreshing!

My appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at 12:00. I signed in and before I took a seat in the waiting area they were ready for me. Very timely and this was consistent throughout the visit. My comfort level was at the forefront. Dr. Cook explained each step of the procedure. My pain and swelling seem to be well controlled and at a minimum. I was very pleased with the procedure and the staff today.

I am so glad I chose Highland Endodontics and Dr. Ratcliff! It was my first major dental procedure experience as an adult, and I could not be any happier with the treatment I received. From check in to check out, everyone at Highland Endodontics went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. I was even given a warm blanket in the exam room!
