We found Junk Smiths on Yelp for an urgent same day service. Not only the offer us the best price and on time, we are so impressed with their customer service. They give us the update (picture before and after) the works was done. The best part is that we don’t have to be there, watch them to do their job and the works are done above our expectations. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!!!

This is the 4th time I've used Junk Smiths. They arrive as scheduled and work with efficiency. The guys are helpful, friendly, and very conscientious about insuring they only take the items that the customer wishes removed. Their rates are very reasonable. Needed a one bedroom apartment cleaned. The crew, led by Manny & Manny were fantastic! They were timely, called before they came, extremely efficient and friendly. The estimate they gave was exactly what the end cost was!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!

I received a call as I was told I would that the men would be on sight in 5 to 10 minutes. I went to the front porch as they arrived. They introduced themselves to me. I showed them what I wanted removed from my property. They gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable. I said "fine" and they went right to work. In no time at all they had cleared out all the things that I wanted removed. I was elated. I wrote them a check and said good bye and to have a nice weekend. Dominique and the other gentleman were great. They were courteous, friendly and very helpful. One item I needed removed was a chair in the basement which they removed and then they neatly re-stacked my boxes in the basement. I will gladly use your company again. Thank you!

Your guys were great. There was so much junk on the side of the house plus I just cleaned out the whole house and after using up 2 big industrial bins I still had more. Some of it heavy and awkward. Some had sat in the backyard for year. It was gross and I didn’t want to touch it. I was a bit embarrassed by asking someone to come and clear out all the junk. The guys that came - I wish I remembered their names!- were wonderful and completely matter of fact, no BS. I appreciated it. Thank you for your help!

This was the best trash/junk removal ever! The rates were beyond reasonable. The customer service was excellent. Our family will be using Junk Smiths company from now on! We used to rent trash bins every few months but now we will call Junk Smiths from now on because they are half the price!

After contacting several bin suppliers I googled trash removal and found Junk Smiths. They had 5 star ratings on google and yelp. So I called for an estimate. The estimate for removal was less expensive the bin rental. Dominick and Albert we’re friendly and polite And fast worker’s. They arrived early and we’re done in a couple hours. Sean and his crew did a phenomenal job for us today. We had two packed to the rafters storage units that were cleaned out to perfection. Sean responded to my "Yelp" inquiry for assistance in a timely manner even though it was on a holiday weekend and he kept his word regarding all our agreements. I had some old furniture I needed to get rid of. I called a few companies for a quote and Sean responded the quickest and with a reasonable bid. We set the date and time and I was advised I would receive a call the day of 30 minutes before their arrival, and I did. When Omar and Jason arrived they introduced themselves and went right to work. I had a couch and table upstairs that needed to go and it was not easy for them to get it down the stairs, but they kept at it until they solved the problem! I really appreciated their efforts. Great job!
