I needed to have a big, heavy cement picnic table and benches removed from our patio. I googled 'Junk Removal' on my cell phone and "Junk Smiths" came up. I checked their website. Reviews were positive. I called to see about scheduling a free estimate. I spoke to Kim who was super friendly and informative. She spent all the time I needed answering all my questions. She gave me a estimate of what the cost might be according to the info I gave her. I scheduled an appointment for 2-days later to have someone come out and give me a quote. I could say 'No Thanks' or go with offer and have item removed at the same time. I was texted about 30 minutes ahead of arrival and told they were on their way. Julio and Joseph arrived on time and inspected what I wanted removed. They were both nicely groomed, in Junk Smiths t-shirts, friendly, well mannered and polite. Julio gave me a quote and explained how he arrived at it. We went with the offer. Julio and Joseph removed the items handily and even took a few other extra items we wanted to get rid of. They cleaned up and swept up after they were through. It was kinda hard to have to pay to get rid of an old cement table and benches. But I have to admit, in the long run, it was worth it and much better than having to break it up, pick it up, load it up and then have to find somewhere to haul it all away to!! I was totally satisfied with my decision to go with Junk Smiths.

Outstanding work. James and his strong but silent partner arrived on time and worked their tailes off, nonstop in 90+ degree heat. The process was simple and quick. The men were very polite and courteous and even swept up after putting everything in their truck. Junk Smiths were so good I called them back again 2 days later to haul away more junk. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the young lady who took my call, I don’t remember her name but I do remember her sweet, contagious laugh and how hard she worked in trying to get me a team to come down to my house. I needed the junk hauled away the same day and no one was available. She did her magic and an hour later I was called by James who was at my house 2 hours later. I will definitely use them again.

The customer service was great from beginning to end. Polite & understanding & intelligent. Great follow up & follow through. The junk removal men were extremely helpful! They were polite & kind They were very organized & thorough ! I felt reassured that the recyclables would be recycled & the decent things would be donated. The rates were reasonable considering I haven’t moved in 33 years. I was able to call on a Sunday & the men were here Monday morning. A huge help in making this move less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Junk Smiths not only gave same day service, but they called to request an earlier pick up. Rates were very acceptable for the amount of materials to be hauled away. Customer Service: Staff (from Office to Drivers) were incredibly informative and accommodating. I will definitely use Junk Smiths again.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Moving from a large office space to a much small one is stressful in itself, but Junk Smith’s made it so easy to haul away furniture and other things not needed. Very personable and professional in every aspect, arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the job in a very timely manner all for a very reasonable price. I found Junk Smith's online from a Google search. Their pricing was the best I found after contacting four companies. I was able to secure an appointment immediately, and the crew was timely, to their word. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Such great people! I have to tell you there are a lot of choices for junk removal, but, Yelp makes everything easy, when I started looking for a removal service I wanted a group that was close, reasonable, and really knew their business. First Sean the owner is great. He know exactly what I needed, and gave me a very reasonable quote. When I questioned him that his quote was lower than many of his competitors, he let me know that Junk Smiths know their business, and the quote will not be far from the actual number to finish. So I said let’s do it. Well, his crew came over ON TIME, and because I added a few things their final price, was only a few dollars different. I had a lot of stuff to get rid of. Within an hour the crew had all the things out of my apartment, and they were on their way!! The crew’s customer service, attention to their work, and positive attitude were really great! Let me add. There is.a major pandemic going on. The crew wore masks and did social distancing while taking my junk out! It was very impressive to watch them work! I still have more junk to move! Sean came to my house within an hour or so after I called him on Friday afternoon to come and look at the job of hauling away brick and concrete block. He gave me a price based on volume of material piled on my driveway. When he returned with crew on Monday at 8:00 to pick up the debris I told him that a lady came by and asked if she could have the used brick and I said she could have all she wanted. She removed about 650 bricks which reduced the pile considerably. Sean and I agreed on what we thought the remaining volume of debris was and he reduced the price. Sean has clean and nice looking equipment and trucks. His crew members are professional and friendly. The crew are dressed in clean nice looking work wear. The Junk Smith crew left my property neat and clean. Thank you.
