Had an amazing experience with this company. I needed things picked up the next day to surprise my husband with garage clean out job and they made it happen. They were prompt, courteous, honest, and quick! I will definitely use them again!!!!

Fast, friendly, neat, courteous, professional service from this company. I hired Junk Smiths to remove two mattresses. They arrived next day, ahead of schedule, and completed the work flawlessly. They even assisted me with placement of the new mattress as a favor. I'm impressed and will call them again for future needs.

Reviewed a number of companies to remove an old old sleeper sofa. Junk Smiths were prompt in their response and immediately gave me an estimated cost based on my description of what was to be removed and where it was located in the house. The scheduled appointment was for the next day early afternoon but they notified me of the availability of an earlier pick up time and came by 2 hours earlier than the original time. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Junk Smiths. I put in a request for contact and was contacted within the hour by Sean. He spent time talking with me to determine what I needed and when. The next day Alberto and Julio came out first thing in the morning and did a great job clearing my side yard. They were pleasant and very efficient.

The team provided timely updates regarding their ETA via text. I was very impressed with their pre-assessment of my inventory to determine the cost to complete the job. The cost was reasonable and the estimated timeline to complete the job was excellent. The team was truly customer service oriented and very friendly. I needed to have a big, heavy cement picnic table and benches removed from our patio. I googled 'Junk Removal' on my cell phone and "Junk Smiths" came up. I checked their website. Reviews were positive. I called to see about scheduling a free estimate. I spoke to Kim who was super friendly and informative. She spent all the time I needed answering all my questions. She gave me a estimate of what the cost might be according to the info I gave her. I scheduled an appointment for 2-days later to have someone come out and give me a quote. I could say 'No Thanks' or go with offer and have item removed at the same time. I was texted about 30 minutes ahead of arrival and told they were on their way. Julio and Joseph arrived on time and inspected what I wanted removed. They were both nicely groomed, in Junk Smiths t-shirts, friendly, well mannered and polite. Julio gave me a quote and explained how he arrived at it. We went with the offer. Julio and Joseph removed the items handily and even took a few other extra items we wanted to get rid of. They cleaned up and swept up after they were through. It was kinda hard to have to pay to get rid of an old cement table and benches. But I have to admit, in the long run, it was worth it and much better than having to break it up, pick it up, load it up and then have to find somewhere to haul it all away to!! I was totally satisfied with my decision to go with Junk Smiths.
