All of the personnel are so friendly and very efficient and you know upfront exactly what they’re gonna do and they are so polite and nice. Nice bunch of guys.Used this service three or four times and going to use them again. After they finished loading they do cleanup and everything looks really nice. Good job.

It was easy to call and request Junk Smoth’s service. I even had to change appt day and time and appreciated their flexibility. Texts were an easy way to confirm appt and track their arrival. They were on time, efficient, and helpful removing heavy items. I think their rates are quite reasonable. I know I’ll be using their service again. Thank you Albert and Steven.

Positive experience, professional staff, promptness, and reasonable rates

They arrived on time and called about 20 minutes before arriving - as advertised. Both guys were professional and friendly, knew what they were doing, got items moved out and loaded efficiently. They quoted a couple weeks ago, items did not take up quite as much of truck as estimated and they adjusted final rate down from estimate. Much appreciated. I would use them again, no hesitation, a good, honest group.

This was a fabulous service. Made an enquiry on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Assessed what was required and after the price agreed they did a full house clearence in 2 hours with 2.5 truck loads. Then gave a reduction in price quoted because it was less truck loads which I didn't expect. The guys doing the job were polite and helpful. I didn't compare anyone else but even if cheaper I would still recommend this company.

I really appreciate how professional the guys are. Although I do think they do their best to inconvenience the customer, sometimes it’s not needed. I had concrete on my drive way, and noticed they parked on the street. They walked from my drive to the street with every piece of concrete. I know they are just trying to be kind, but there’s no need to worker harder than you need to. I think the guys are great, do not get me wrong!!! I just hate to see them working harder than they need to. They were exhausted so of course I had drinks and ice cream ready. Just think the guys need more tools so they work smarter not harder! The job it self is very vigorous on the body! I only say this, because the guys are extremely kind, polite, professional, hard working, respectful, and I could go on! Owners help these guys out with some tools ! It would cut your labor in the long run, and save these guys from hurting their back. I do wanna say tho, thank you again! Never have an issue scheduling, and never have an issue with the guys. I recommend this company to a lot of people, but only because the workers are awesome !

Eric and Albert were exceptionally professional and fair. JunkSmiths are an exemplary service to help haul away unneeded items. Great price! We recently had a death in the family who left a lot of stuff. Eric and Albert came out the same day, hauled it all away, made sure they took as much as they could for the lowest price, and cleaned up afterward. I cannot recommend their service high enough. Please consider them for any time you need unwanted items hauled away. They made a tough situation so easy. Thank you!

The Team did an amazing job. Great and fast customer service.

They did a fantastic job- quick, friendly, and even swept up. It was a 4 bedroom house, full, that needed to be empty to place on the market. I knew it would be an emotional experience for me since it was my childhood home, but they took care, checking in with me throughout the day that they were removing items with enough delicacy. I chose this company because they strive to keep as much out of landfills as possible, and also when possible donate or recycle items. It's an ideal company if you are in a bereavement clean out situation with a property or storage unit.
