The men who came called me ahead of time like they said they would —they were even early which was great! They were very polite and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They gave me the price after seeing everything which was only slightly higher than the phone quote. I paid for the service and left. They loaded the truck AND swept out the storage unit so I didn’t have to come back. They sent pictures showing me that the job was done and that was that. Perfect from start to finish

They give us the update (picture before and after) the works was done. The best part is that we don’t have to be there, watch them to do their job and the works are done above our expectations. I received a call as I was told I would that the men would be on sight in 5 to 10 minutes. I went to the front porch as they arrived. They introduced themselves to me. I showed them what I wanted removed from my property. They gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable. I said "fine" and they went right to work. In no time at all they had cleared out all the things that I wanted removed. I was elated. I wrote them a check and said good bye and to have a nice weekend. Your guys were great. There was so much junk on the side of the house plus I just cleaned out the whole house and after using up 2 big industrial bins I still had more. Some of it heavy and awkward. Some had sat in the backyard for year. It was gross and I didn’t want to touch it. I was a bit embarrassed by asking someone to come and clear out all the junk. The guys that came - I wish I remembered their names!- were wonderful and completely matter of fact, no BS. I appreciated it. Thank you for your help!

After contacting several bin suppliers I googled trash removal and found Junk Smiths. They had 5 star ratings on google and yelp. So I called for an estimate. The estimate for removal was less expensive the bin rental. Dominick and Albert we’re friendly and polite And fast worker’s. They arrived early and we’re done in a couple hours.
