Thank you so much for the amazing service again. Annually, our classrooms are sorted through and we always have a lot of large items to haul and it is not easy for the teachers. Sean, Beginning with you and your immediate response to my Yelp request from 10 companies, you were the quickest response and gave me an estimate immediately after I told you what I had to be picked up. No one else did that, they wanted too much more information and you didn't need anymore than what I told you and you were reasonable. The two men called 30 minutes prior and were on time and very polite and fast. I will refer you to others. Thank you!!

Great job moving a fridge today guys!! They had to take the doors off even to get it out of the doorways!! Thank goodness they knew what they were doing. They also assembled it nicely at the new location. I was able to call & have this little job done the next day even!! Very impressed by the owner Sean & the guys that showed up to the job site. Great resource as they do big & small jobs in quite a large area in LA & OC.

Was able to schedule the pick up for the next day. Workers were on time and very accommodating , even sweeping garage after taking the junk away. I would definitely recommend them.

JunkSmiths were amazing! Sean and his team were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The team he brought was professional in appearance and attitude, and they hustled but were not curt or rushed. We had to clear out an office and thankfully JunkSmiths made it seamless. All this and they were very well priced. March of Dimes Orange County office cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service. Sean and his crew did an outstanding job. Their rates are very reasonable. They communicated throughout the booking process and the day of the service. Today Junk Smiths helped us clean out a storage space containing furniture, old boat parts, books and many family items. Dain and Tree are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful while removing items for loading in the truck. It's especially nice that they always make sure the item is something we want disposed of. Junk Smiths' rates are reasonable and they provide great customer service. This was the second time we used Junk Smiths and I can't imagine using another junk removal / demolition company.

I reached out to Junk Smith via Yelp. I got a response within an hour of my inquiry. I appreciated the process of getting a quote without having to commit. I was quoted twice as much by a competitor and they were not willing to negotiate. No negotiation required with Junk Smith. They gave me a reasonable price immediately. They even showed up earlier than expected. It really was a great experience. I will definitely call them again.

We discussed what my needs were, (total clean out of a real estate listing I was selling), and he explained the process. We agreed to meet at the property the next day. By far the easiest and best service I’ve ever had. I live in Arizona and set this up via phone to pick up a couch for my niece in Huntington Beach. Every person I spoke to was professional and so nice. The information given was completely on point and follow up was exactly as I was told. I would give 10 stars to Junk Smiths! They are the best!

I tried to donate or give away a very large old desk but no one would take it. I went online and scheduled an appt with Junk Smiths and they showed up on time (actually a little early) provided me with a very reasonable quote and hauled away the desk in minutes. The two guys who did the job were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I have had different junk removal companies before but none compared to Junk Smith . customer service was beyond amazing . They call you ahead of time to notify you they’re on the way , they have friendly staff and they get the job done in a timely manner . We had a great experience with Junk Smiths I called them to get a quote which was very fair and reasonable. Called them the next day to schedule an appointment and they were able to come that afternoon. They were friendly and charged us less than what we were quoted because it was going to take up less truck space. The team was super fast and made sure the entire area was cleaned up before they left. I would use them again.
