Sean came to my house within an hour or so after I called him on Friday afternoon to come and look at the job of hauling away brick and concrete block. He gave me a price based on volume of material piled on my driveway. When he returned with crew on Monday at 8:00 to pick up the debris I told him that a lady came by and asked if she could have the used brick and I said she could have all she wanted. She removed about 650 bricks which reduced the pile considerably. Sean and I agreed on what we thought the remaining volume of debris was and he reduced the price. Sean has clean and nice looking equipment and trucks. His crew members are professional and friendly. The crew are dressed in clean nice looking work wear. The Junk Smith crew left my property neat and clean. Thank you.

The men who came called me ahead of time like they said they would —they were even early which was great! They were very polite and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I received a call as I was told I would that the men would be on sight in 5 to 10 minutes. I went to the front porch as they arrived. They introduced themselves to me. I showed them what I wanted removed from my property. They gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable. I said "fine" and they went right to work. In no time at all they had cleared out all the things that I wanted removed. I was elated. I wrote them a check and said good bye and to have a nice weekend. Your guys were great. There was so much junk on the side of the house plus I just cleaned out the whole house and after using up 2 big industrial bins I still had more. Some of it heavy and awkward. Some had sat in the backyard for year. It was gross and I didn’t want to touch it. I was a bit embarrassed by asking someone to come and clear out all the junk. The guys that came - I wish I remembered their names!- were wonderful and completely matter of fact, no BS. I appreciated it. Thank you for your help!

This was the best trash/junk removal ever! The rates were beyond reasonable. The customer service was excellent. Our family will be using Junk Smiths company from now on! We used to rent trash bins every few months but now we will call Junk Smiths from now on because they are half the price!
