My experience with Junk Smiths surpassed all expectations. I called for a quote expecting to be hassled and pressured to commit. But the two men that showed up were extremely pleasant and polite. They listened to my dilemma and did their best to help out. After discussing the price for a brief time they met me at a reasonable middle ground. They then promptly got to work and finished the job with extreme efficiency. They were done way before I expected them to be and cleaned up after themselves. After my experience I would 100 percent feel confident recommending them to anyone I know. It’s great to see that customer service is still a priority. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me out. I regretfully can’t remember their names but a huge shoutout to them for being professional, pleasant and understanding. 10/10

Billy and Nick are the BEST!!!! Communication skills are amazing. They text you to let you know when they will arrive and was on time. Me and my wife had some heavy objects that needed to be hauled away. Thought that might be a problem, well is was not. Billy and Nick stated it will not be a problem to haul away. They work so well together and kept making sure each other was ok. The rate quoted is very reasonable and was in our budget. Thanks Billy and Nick for making are life easier. I will definitely use them in the future.

The team at Junk Smiths helped me tremendously in the final phase of my move The owner, Sean Smith, personally called me minutes after I left messaging of a near-immediate requirement to remove final items from three locations for a same day move. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and engaged me with two of the most courteous and efficient team members, Julio and Billy, who took care of a full load truck, three locations within two and one half hours' time. Amazing! I all the best feedback for this team, and highly recommend their work.

3rd time using these guys in a 2 week span. Moved locally so they have helped on the "move out" and "move in" phases. -scheduling is easy online. Select a slot and good to go. You get quick confirmation and verification of appointment. 30 minute minimum "heads up" notification when they are on route. They have never been late and twice asked if it was OK to come earlier which was definitely OK. We scheduled 3rd Appt on a whim same day and they here in 90 minutes. - The staff is fast, efficient, very friendly and they hustle. They are very thorough with the quotes plus pictures before and after. Everything is above the board. - Pickup turnaround fast. We had half a truck load on the most recent call and they were in and out in 30 minutes. Cannot recommend Junk Smiths highly enough. They fill the niche where dumpsters aren't an option. They are Are fast, thorough and fairly priced opped off with excellent staff.
