3rd time using these guys in a 2 week span. Moved locally so they have helped on the "move out" and "move in" phases. -scheduling is easy online. Select a slot and good to go. You get quick confirmation and verification of appointment. 30 minute minimum "heads up" notification when they are on route. They have never been late and twice asked if it was OK to come earlier which was definitely OK. We scheduled 3rd Appt on a whim same day and they here in 90 minutes. - The staff is fast, efficient, very friendly and they hustle. They are very thorough with the quotes plus pictures before and after. Everything is above the board. - Pickup turnaround fast. We had half a truck load on the most recent call and they were in and out in 30 minutes. Cannot recommend Junk Smiths highly enough. They fill the niche where dumpsters aren't an option. They are Are fast, thorough and fairly priced opped off with excellent staff.

Fast response to provide quote based on dimensions given. Came in an hour to pick up our old fridge. Very reasonable price. Fridge was too big so they sent two more guys who arrived in 30 minutes to haul the fridge away. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called and spoke with Sean. I advised him I had construction waist to be picked up. He asked me a few questions and told me he would have someone at my house in a few minutes. I was not expecting such a short turnaround. Shortly after speaking with Sean, two trucks and three guys showed up, looked at the mess and gave me a price. After agreeing on the price they hand it cleaned up within 30-45 minutes. I highly recommend Junk Smiths. I am very happy with their quick response. They workers were friendly, quiet, and efficient. Fast, friendly, neat, courteous, professional service from this company. I hired Junk Smiths to remove two mattresses. They arrived next day, ahead of schedule, and completed the work flawlessly. They even assisted me with placement of the new mattress as a favor. I'm impressed and will call them again for future needs.

Reviewed a number of companies to remove an old old sleeper sofa. Junk Smiths were prompt in their response and immediately gave me an estimated cost based on my description of what was to be removed and where it was located in the house. The scheduled appointment was for the next day early afternoon but they notified me of the availability of an earlier pick up time and came by 2 hours earlier than the original time. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional.
