4pm to 5pm window. Sean actually showed up about ten minutes early. He took away the planned item. I said I had one more item which we didn't discuss. Sean saidhe'd be glad to take i t- AT NO EXTRA COST. Now that's unusual. So I added $50.00 to the reasonable basic invoice. Very pleased Will definitely recommend and use them again for my next excess stuff haul.

They were on time and cleaned up after there visit.

I booked an appointment for a team to come to my garage and pick up a couch and other junk I had placed in bags already. They immediately called me and let me know when they would arrive. When Nick's team arrived at my garage the service was prompt, respectful, and they were out of there relatively fast. They also accept major credit cards which was a plus. It was nice not having to rent a moving van and take it to a separate landfill on my own because at the end of the day I would have paid the same amount of money to Junk Smiths than if I had done the work myself. Rate was fair. I will use this company again in the future. Thank you Nick & your team for helping me out today.

Zach,Dez,&Julian came to my home and removed so much garden backyard stuff and furniture. This was done and completed within 1 hour you point they take!! These gentlemen were very professional and also swept and. Cleaned up their mess during the move. I would highly recommend the Jin smiths to anyone who is looking to get rid of your stuff their prices are well worth it

The guys were fantastic overall! We were/are dealing with a difficult emotional situation of my elderly mother who has been living in this house independently for the past 30 years and finally has to leave (move-in with my brother in Texas). So, naturally, it’s been tough seeing all of her stuff and the memories & such sitting out in the garage; well, these guys arrived and not only cleared the junk and cleared our minds by seeing it all go, they were very human about it all and talked—as they worked very efficiently btw—to my sister and I about our lives and where we live and where we grew up, etc. I really appreciated that aspect of their service. Now, as to other things: they arrived promptly on time; they immediately assessed the situation and gave a very accurate price quote; they then gave us a discount after noticing we were taken aback a bit at the cost (not that it wasn’t accurate or fair, but because my mother was under the impression that it would be around 100 dollars snd I thought maybe 250 or 300); they worked very hard and very fast, yet kept everything clean the whole time (they swept and did the demolition of large objects out of the garage). Again, it was a great experience!

Charles and Nick were professional and did a great job. We will use them again if needed.

My initial reaction to the price to “dump” my couches was that it was very expensive. However, how else could I get the articles out of my house? Jules and Julian, the two who came to my house, were on time, friendly and respectful. They were efficient in moving items out of the way and, after removing the couches, put everything back. I also liked that they were able to do the work well within 24 hrs of my call. I would definitely call them again.
