The team was able to arrive early (which was great), very courteous and asked questions if needed. I will definitely be using Junk Smiths in the future.

I had a great experience when I called and a very polite gentleman answered the phone , took all my information and gave me a date and time , two nice young man showed up in uniforms gave me a quote and took all the stuff .I would use them anytime , they let me know when they were be arriving , everything was done very professional. Thank you it was pleasure meeting you both .

The men were on time letting me know 30 minutes before what time they would be arriving. They were polite and professional upon arriving. The whole incident took about 10 minutes.

We had to dispose of a mattress to make way for a replacement arriving the next day. It was located in an upstairs bedroom adjoining a stairway with tight clearances and a sharp corner. The Junk Smiths crew arrived right away and handled everything from price quote to saying goodbye in less than five minutes while being great to deal with. I'm keeping Junk Smiths in my contact list for sure.

The whole process was no hassle. Great and awesome service! It was so smooth. They took care of all the junk in mere minutes. Response time was best in class and the crew came within the 2 hour period of the appointment. Whats more helpful is that they are open on weekends as well. Just a phone call away from getting your junk cleared.

Exactly a week ago driving home on the 22 freeway eastbound and drove pass one of the Junk Smith’s truck. Did a quick google search and found information we needed. Went on their website, scheduled an appointment and immediately got a response, and able to schedule a pick up for the date we wanted. Overall response was rapid and easy. Definitely will recommend. The two gentlemen, Robert and didn’t get the other name, were on time, polite helpful cleaned up afterward. The most important thing to me is that they were careful and didn’t scratch my engineered wood floor in the Hall. A very professional job taking my refrigerator out! I would recommend your Company.

The technicians who showed up were on time (actually called me to offer me an earlier timeframe, which was nice). They were able to assess the situation, offer me a price, and remove all of my old junk in an hour or so. My fiancé was happy to be rid of my old stuff!

These company and the guys that came to do the job are great! Special mention to those 2 guys, Julio Suarez and Matt Perez (hope I got ur names right). They were prompt in responding and coming within the time they gave us. Their price for a whole truck junk capacity is better than other companies. And those two guys sweat it out, taking our junk away. Jules (Julio) did not hesitate climbing up to our garage attic and brought down everything up there to get thrown to their truck. I didn’t get to time it but they’re fast in cleaning up everything! They even cleaned up the mess afterwards. These guys definitely know what they're doing! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thanks again for the great work!
