Very good

This is my second visit to this the Grossmont facility and the experience was better than the first (and that's saying a lot). The facility is clean, the front office and medical staff are incredibly kind and patient and they make being in an urgent care setting so calming. This is amazing considering the very reason for needing to visit an urgent care facility. I love going here when a regular appointment is not feasible and will go as long as they accept my sons' insurance.

I had the opportunity to have Dr Wilson treat me on several occasions at another urgent care facility and was impressed with his knowledge and quality patient care. So, it was only logical for me to continue with his care when he moved on to Marque Urgent Care. And, I like the fact that I can make an appointment at this facility. Nice clean, modern facility, with an excellent staff.

Fine. Attentive thorough.

The employees were great - discrete and polite. I was taken back 4 minutes after my appointment time, but it was because someone came in that was in rough shape, so I understand. Doctor Walker was kind and unaggressive. Did you guys change ownership? The last time I was here, I could hear the employees talking rudely about me while I was in the room. It was rude and embarrassing to me and I was not going to come back, but did so anyways in hopes of a better experience, which you absolutely gave me.

We first went to the location in PB since we were in Bird Rock but the x-rays machine was broken. Staff was super helpful, they provided us with the address in Governor Drive and an ice pack for my daughter broken elbow. Service in Governor Drive was great, they even informed us that our insurance had my daughter's birthday wrong. We had no waiting time and Dr Talal Alquraini was wonderful. He made my daughter feel at ease even though she was somehow in discomfort. He made sure we understood the issue and how to follow up. We had to go to an orthopedic surgeon who repeated the x-rays and confirmed the exact diagnosis Dr Talal Alquraini had made. My only suggestion would be to improve sharing the information between the urgent care and hospitals. I was given a link and password so the doctors at the Children's could see the x-rays but the resolution of the shared images was poor, so they had to take them again.

Everyone was helpful and polite.

It was excellent. Dr. Walker provided real talk which I appreciated. Need to start making a change in my life style.

The service here was excellent. I was called back within 15 minutes. The entire staff was super friendly. I especially appreciate how thorough Dr. Harrison was. Every time he asked a question he would explain the importance of asking each question. He was patient and just had an awesome attitude. He was even careful to ensure he sent my lab to a TRICARE network lab so I would not incur extra out of pocket expenses. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Dr. Sims took very good care of me. I love your clinic for professionalism, thoroughness and convenience. I have been going there since it opened. It is very neighborly.

Doctor was quite knowledgeable, told me to wait 2hrs after I take medication to take Pepcid because it blocks the absorption. My primary who prescribed it to me never explained that.

LOVE DR. DORCAS EAVES !!!! Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well. The staff is caring, smiling and laughing, it is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here when my family doctor isn’t available.

Everyone was amazing, as usual! Thank god the doctor sent me to the ER because I ended up needing to stay in the hospital for a few days. If he wouldn’t have suggested sending me, I would have ended up with some major major problems in a few months. I can’t thank him enough. Also, Darla the LVN is one of the sweetest, most caring nurses I’ve ever had. I am so thankful for her! Thank you thank you thank you to everyone at Marque Medical!!

Excellent dr very professional frt office very curious

Dr. Walker was great, taking his time to evaluate and address my current issue as well as speaking with me about my further health questions I have. That being said I was in and out of there within an hour! I will be scheduling my general well check here once I am better, since I feel like the staff and doctors here listen and truly hear my concerns.

Wonderful friendly staff.. Very helpful. Clean and fast facility.

This place was great. I was in the hospital for 5 days and had surgery for a cat bite. My Primary Care recommend that I go to urgent care for the follow up visits. They did a great job and my hand is healing nicely. Karen is an amazing doctor! She explained everything well, took her time and it was painless. Darla's pretty cool too she's the nurse that made sure I knew how to fix my bandages. Thanks again!

Fast and very clean and polite staff

We took my son there for an ear ache. The office is nice, the staff is friendly,and the doctor was great. My only complaint is that the check in process on the tablets is a little tedious and long. We didn't have to wait to long to be seen either. I would recommend this place to others.

Awesome first time experience and if necessary I will return. Not a long wait time and the appt times lined up with work so I didn't have to take off. Super convenient and friendly staff.

Needed to get an Rx refill & doc's office closed for the week. Staff was AWESOME, PA a pleasure.
