Place is great! Friendly staff and late hours for Those who work late like me. Doctor is excellent!

Clean, reasonable on time, and pleasant staff.

Very fast and friendly

It was a great first-time visit. The receptionist had a ready smile and immediately put me at ease. Even though I was a walk-in, I didn't have to wait long to have a doctor see me for my earache. I was also suprised to find out that they have their own pharmacy, which I probably will use the next time I have to visit for urgent care.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I got an appointment right away. It was a very easy process to register and get started. everybody in the office was great, from the doctor to the medical technicians to the front office folks. The treatment I got was spot on. I don’t know how to thank all of you for helping me. I’m so grateful and appreciative of everything you did for me.

The front desk staff was friendly, the facility was clean and wait wasn’t too long. Friday night 7pm, I knew I needed to see a Dr. and as I was searching through the offices website, I conveniently noticed I could schedule an appointment. I noticed that there was an opening in the next 30 minutes, so I booked it. There is a parking lot next to the clinic. We showed up on time, but I did have to tell her I made an appointment, because she couldn’t see my name in the system. She did eventually find it and it was no issue. It was a slow night, and in total we probably were in and out in 50-min. The CVS pharmacy a few blocks away is open 24 hours if you need prescriptions too, very convenient.

I was most impressed with Dr Wade, he took time to listen & explained the medication The wait was very long , but he was worth waiting for The front desk lady very pleasant & efficient

I was a walk-in with an very personal problem. the staff was discreet and caring. the doctor was considerate. Outstanding staff. even if i moved i would drive to this urgent care because of how they treat people.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered. The receptionist and nurse were patient and caring. Both offered me bottle of water.Dr. White was really nice. He listened to me and explained in detail what are my options. I highly recommend this urgent care office because of the great customer service and helpful staff.

Wait is never bad. Service is always great. People in the front office are helpful and kind, drs always give clear information and are very helpful

I like the staff and doctors ability to communicate effectively in layman's terms. They are very rapid at getting you in and out especially when you compare wait times elsewhere. If I need to go to the emergency room instead of urgent care the doctor notifies me asap and I really appreciate that. I've had positive experiences here and will come back again if I need urgent care.

I've been to the La Mesa Marque Urgent Care on several occasions and have been seen and treated in a timely manner. I really like that I can set an appointment which helps in expediting the wait time. That is awesome especially when you're not feeling well. Also the follow up phone calls make me feel like they do care about their patients.
